Wouldn't it be Carla? They never got divorced did they?

I thought they had at least started the process of divorce, because that led to Carla returning to explain to Maria why she shouldn't marry Tony.

No doubt the process was completed after he was sent down. Carla has never mentioned inheriting anything after Tony died. She wouldn't be in such a financial pickle after losing Frank's order if she'd inherited Victoria Court.

That's a point. It's probably Pat then assuming his parents are dead.

Greetings all. New member here.

Thought I'd chime in simply because as I live in Scotland and have SkyHD, I officially have no ITV1hd or STVhd.
(I can not cope with STV, it is utter rubbish)

So I added ITV1hd-Granada, (I'm GranadaLand born and bred), after seeing the bank heist photos of my old bank back in Bolton.

Whilst the content of Emmeradale and Coronation Street was as dire as it has always been.... it looked stunning Smile
Not sure what to make of the new Street HD Titles though Shocked

You may now resume your scheduled transmission.........

eh up a fellow Boltonian who has the sense to move away but keep tabs on the town by having Granada 1 (oops I mean ITV1-Granada!)

Have to say Katherine Kelly played a blinder tonight. Great stuff.

Even Beverley Callard stepped it up alongside her.

I agree - really enjoyed last night's episodes. The fight in the Platt's, Steve in Eileen's house and the clothes in the puddle were the highlights for me. Oh, and Becky calling Liz a tart with a bus pass. Classic corrie. Laughing

Why they had to wreck this brilliant, comical storyline with such a horrid ending is beyond me. And anybody thinking Tony Gordon?

I know what you mean, but I can't imagine how long they could've kept that storyline going.... they could've done a Anne Malone style ending for him though?

Dramatic stuff on Corrie tonight. I thought he was going to shoot himself (so I did)

Jim's off back to the big house so he is. How long is the sentence for armed robbery thesedays? When will see Elizabeth again?

Around ten years. However since Jim is a buck wee eejit and has been in Beg Hice before, could be longer.

Aww, bit sad about big Jim's ending really. Shame that he's had to be sacrificed to accommodate Elizabeth's exit.

Given that he has previous form, I'd expect a longer stretch than 10 years, so should mean the end of his Corrie career for some time. If not ever. Sad

Mind you, with Corrie's track record on prisons (Tony Gordon escape, Tracey Barlow misscariage of justice) expect him to be round the Kabin in a fortnight buying a quarter of pear drops. Laughing
