It was actually really quite good ! Perhaps they should do the sequel next year to find out what happens after the chilffhanger!
Eileen just stated the tram will be the death of her on CiN...
They should do East

East Street was fantastic
I loved Hayleys face as she was laughing after they were talking in Roys Rolls about Weatherfield and Walford being very quiet places to live
Gail's part was brilliant too
As much as it pains me to say, I thought Jessie Wallace was very good, especially with not being able to understand a northern accent

The Gail scene has to be my favourite: "Did yours actually drive you into the canal though? *smuggly* Mine did."
Definitely one of the best soap CiN productions to date. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

From what I've seen, Christian seems less over the top than Sean.
good colaborating with competing soaps, like the Asian characters taking the rise out of Asian steriotyping, and is it me or is Christian's gay character more believeable that Sean's

I don't think it's a case of 'believable'.. they're both quite accurate representations of very different characters with the fact they are gay in common. Personally, I find Sean's character annoying - it's disappointing that Bruno Langley chose to leave Corrie shortly after Todd came out. They made such a big deal out of developing a non-stereotypical gay character only to 'replace' him with Sean, a walking stereotype.

Speaking of non-stereotypical gay characters: until very recently they had Ted, Gail's father, who I actually thought was a decent and likeable character. I wonder if he'll return at some point?
