Yeah forgot to mention them when i posted earlier Laughing
For "online stuff" it seems like a lot of effort is going into it! i.e specially made etc Good to see!
The ITV News one sounds really intresting.
Would be good to see the ITV News bulletin in the show themself - like the scenes they have with the characters watching the news - in this case about the "Weatherfield tram crash!" Laughing

Excellent, a good line-up of shows really. ITV have done a good job with the anniversary I reckon.

But not as good as BBC4.

Well that was an ITV production as well.

The grand opening of 'The Joinery' was supposed to be on a Friday night, and last night's episodes appeared to be set on the following day.

So why was Simon going to school? Confused

The school were holding a Bring and Buy sale for Children in Need. Simon was running the tombola. Probably.

Well it seemed more of a niche programme. - I shouldn't have thought it would have got that high ratings on ITV1 . Best fits an BBC4 audience IMO.

I suppose it could have been on ITV3 - but unlike BBC, they don't have to worry about making a profit from it.

Plus there've got the added benefit or a rival station promoting the aniversary.

How many times has 'Episode One' been repeated now?

Isn't there any other pivotal episodes that could be shown as well? (If only on ITV3!)

Out of curiosity, how much restoration has Episode One had, if any, over the years?(Or edits, like changing the endboards for instance!)

Surprised they haven't thought of a VIDFIRE style restoration, to make it look like the original live transmission(albeit a tape copy!)?
