Noticed that there seems to be no BBC2 Wales local continuity at the moment just network announcers - also there were no local announcements into Breakfast at 6am today all nations took the network feed. No doubt with the change to schedules it makes sense where possible to take a national sustaining feed.

Have ITV announcers appeared on UTV with all the changes some very last minute?

With no opt outs in Breakfast there's no point in the directors coming in for 6am if it's just 5G to play some trails.

I understand that both BBC Two Wales and NI have effectively been suspended

...which is why the Ulster Scots programming has switched from BBC Two NI to BBC One NI.

But it's tempting to wonder how much will stay on BBC One after this is all over, as it could be an easy cut to make permanently.

What is Ulster Scots programming?

There's a lot of things that, had they been suggested in normal times would be unacceptable, but in a time of national emergency just have to be done. I do think tha a lot of changes will be a good excuse to cut by stealth

Some define Ulster Scots as a dialect, some view it as a language.

There's Trad ar Fad

And The Lang Hame (Thurs) that have transferred to BBC One NI.

Here's the BBC press release confirming the move of such programmes - second to last bullet point:
