Confusion with older Idents

Look at the Channel 4 Christmas Idents on TheTVroom and TVark. They Both have Completely different Idents for 1989 & 1995. Which ones are the Imposters, and when are they really from?
I Think that the TVark 1989 Ident was really from 1990, as it says stereo, whick came in around that time. It also has the original Soundtrack, which was changed in 1992.

Anybody else seen "Fake Dates"?

"1989" is actually 1990, the others are both correct.

They both say 1995 and yet are completely different Idents! They can't both be from the same Christmas.

So C4 aren't allowed to have more than one ident in use at the same time? Even though they did from day 1?

No, I'm not saying that - just that they both look completely different and I wouldn't think that they both got used at the same time. Did they though?

Not now they don't. The three Christmas idents on the 1982-1996 page are from 1990, 1991 and 1995 respectively. Multiple idents were used in 1993 (for the "Christmas In New York" theme).
