The boiling water for Steam was a scaulding waiting to happen...
The paper 2's for the Diary 2 could have easily caused severe paper cuts...
Didn't anyone think of that poor butterfly in Predator...
A fire safety assessment should have occurred when playing with Catalyst 2's...

Deary me it's no wonder L-N switched to computerised robots Exclamation

Good job the firecracker ident wasn't being used today, as it might get complaints of being 'inappropriate in a climate of terrorism'.

I wonder if anyone will complain about Channel 4's 'Old Man' ident as it's promoting alcohol, which could lead to binge drinking and alcohol abuse, to the point where you could swear crates of bottles are flying about the place.

Why would you oppose a legal requirement for helmets? No different from motorcycle helmets or seatbelts in cars surely? Confused

Seat belts aren't all good - there was a massive drop in organ donations when they were made compulsory!

Maybe someone should complain about 4's Corn Field, farmers really shouldn't be setting fire to their own fields.

All those neon signs in C4's Tokyo ident could surely collapse, killing people.

I can't believe they got away with Capoeira for so long when they were on top of a building without a safety-rail in sight.

Not to mention those guys dangling from the ceiling without a safelty net in sight.

Wasn't "acrobat" pulled for a few days after someone died?

It was one of the acrobats' friends IIRC, and it was entirely the BBC's decision to pull the ident in this instance.

I think that was already mentioned by Ronnie, actually...

However, it seems everyone's overlooked that through its years of being aired, not once did Copper Cut Out alert viewers to the dangers of not wearing protective headgear, what with all those flying sparks.

Yeah, we've done that one.

No. not very funny either. I imagine there's someone who would complain about it though, even though it's obvious that they are CGI.
