At worse they would use a world feed commentary for TV. Not sure if the equivalent existed for radio.
Can anyone recall the BBC studio for Manchester 2002 and post caps. Can't remember it all - I know they had a different one for the highlights show which ultimately became redundant after it got flooded, but can't remember the main studio at all.
The BBC isn't host broadcaster, so in theory they should be able to just get RedBee to cut up the World Feed if the worst came to the worst.
I guess they will be no one to cut the world feed up, maybe it will show the entire world feed with world feed commentator, that would be a first in the uk, as it's usually unilaterals.
This morning I have lost CBBC HD and BBC Three HD is now 24 hours on freeview. I am guessing for the games. Does anyone know is BBC Three SD is going 24 hours and if so where is it's air time coming from?

As I mentioned, I wouldn't expect there to be much disruption from a technical point of view: the dispute is between the unions and directly-employed staff of the BBC. Most of the people involved in getting the broadcast on air will be employed by third parties.
Generally, with high-profile broadcasts, a world feed will be made available to playout via a diverse path - though this is usually for disaster recovery purposes.

what, their hours have been extended already and they're not making use of the extra on-air time like they did before London 2012?
With that looming I'm surprised they bothered extending BBC3 hours for the games as they're certainly not going to provide coverage on BBC1 and BBC2 in 2016 from Rio.
AIUI BBC Three SD has swapped with one of the Red Button feeds, so BBC Three SD can go 24/7 and instead CBBC SD is sharing with a Red Button feed (which will be off-air when CBBC is on-air).
I don't know if there is an equivalent for HD - so it may have been decided to suspend CBBC HD for the duration to provide BBC Three HD 24/7 as well.
I suspect this may only be for the duration of the Commonwealth Games.
