It's definately Shakin Stevens, though he seems to have glasses now. Everyone who appears in the Video has their names listed in the sleeve of the CD single.

Speaking of which, I have been watching it again, and edited the list accordingly, I also have had trouble buying the single, though I'm going to keep on trying!
And it's definately Shakie, Mr Kay himself mentioned him on his appearance on Parkinson on Saturday, which got me laughing just how he went on about how things had changed and where the seats used to be, and that it was his first time on ITV.

I have bought my copy today from HMV in Llandudno. They had plenty there today. I went to Woolies in Bangor and Caernarfon and they were both sold out. Asda in Llandudno was sold out too.
