I couldn't see a Comic Relief thread already so thought this would be a good place to start.

Comic Relief Night kicks off at 7pm tonight - BBC1.

BBC2 has a special Comic Relief edition of TOTP at 10pm whilst the News is on BBC1.

Comic Relief is getting too repetitive. Little Britain with Robbie Williams? Check. Obnoxious Ricky Gervais Sketch? Check. Another painfully unfunny film parody? Check. On the presentation side though CR always has a nice set.

Anyone know who's doing continuity tonight for BBC 1 & 2?

Still far far superior to the embarrassment that is Children in Need though.

To be fair he's not doing the whole Kenya thing, it's taking the piddle out of The Office. Which should be rather funny.

And as for film parodies, French & Saunders doing it for the very last time is quite a piece of comedy history.

No I think tonight should be very good. Also interested to see who got fired after last night, was a good episode of The Apprentice actually. Especially when Jack commented on firing the chair counter Laughing

Can we PLEASE refrain from comparing the two evenings? Two different charities with obviously two different remits for broadcast.

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist a dig though.

The hand-overs of Comic Relief between channels could be interesting then if it's like a couple years ago, assuming the pair mentioned earlier are on continuity again.

Anyone bought one of this year's Comic Relief T-shirts? I called into TK Maxx in Bournemouth a few weeks ago and saw this year's range - I hated them this time and didn't buy one. Why couldn't they have also done one with this year's RED NOSE DAY 09 logo on the front, for those like me who don't like the ones with celebs donning red noses.

Therefore, I'm wearing my white I love RND 07 T-shirt from two years ago. Talk about recycling!

"Do something funny for money". TK Maxx distorted that to "Wear something finny for money".
