Did anybody else watch Comic Aid on the BBC last night? I thought it was hilarious. The first half on BBC1 was definately better with Ardal O'Hanlon, Alistair McGowan, Jo Brand, Dawn French, Eddie Izzard, Jimmy Carr and Lee Evans being the best picks of the first half. I personally thought Lee Evans was the funniest in the entire show.
The second half on BBC2 was a bit dissapointing it was still funny but just didn't do aswell as the first, Bill Bailey and Johnny Vegas were the only real picks on that half.

But it was still a great hilarious show and they raised allot of money, about half-a-million wasn't it?

I never saw all of the first half unfortunately but saw the whole second half.. my only negative comment would be there were too many acts. I don't think any of them had enough time .. thought the SImon Pegg and Jess Stevenson bit was hilarious, as was Bill Bailey and as usual Johnny Vegas - who was brilliant. The bit when he was talking about the girls clevage. BRILLIANT!

I'm so pleased that I had the foresight to Sky+ the second half - just in case it was good!

Extremely funny but I still can't grasp why people just swear all the time just for a cheap laugh.
