What has come of Granada HQ?

I don't know if this idea has been thought of. I know in Bradford, there's a TV and Film museum. But, given that facilities are in the main there at Quay street, perhaps the Manchester Science museum could become a TV museum, in this case a history of TV in the North West, and not just Granada. I'm meaning BBC TV as well, Channel 4 (through Brookside and Hollyoaks), and maybe even radio.

Both the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester and the National Media Museum are of Science Museum now. I doubt they'd want to duplicate efforts much with the two sites being relatively close to each other

I can only assume someone rather loathsome will point out that more money would be made for the studios to be demolished and replaced with something more productive.
