The only time I've seen an actor with a cold as oppose to a presenter is an episode of watching where Emma Wray had a cold which wasn't relevant to the script.

and in the film Cider House Rules one of the orphans has a cold in one scene which may have just been the actor

I remember flicking through the channels and catching them introduce Newsround on the CBBC Channel, so I thought I'd have a watch. Good job I did, as it featured the normal visuals with a nice coughing soundtrack. Lizo obviously had a problem with his voice. He really struggled to get more than a few words out at a a time. Instead of going back to CBBC continuity as you would expect, they let it carry on for the rest of the bulletin, meaning around 3 minutes out of 4 were complete nonsense.
