I don't watch CNN International now quite as much as I used to, but I just happened to catch the Asia Now programme late last night.

I think that the on-screen graphical style of CNN International now seems more closer to that of CNN's domestic service in the U.S. (which is obvious in the U.S. programming shown internationally like Late Edition), but with a slight variation on the look.

I'm sure I also noticed that the red CNN logo had what appeared to be light running around the letters, just like the U.S. version?

Nice update to the graphics - and the new ticker style is neat...but the red is a little bright. You can't help but notice it...I hope they tone that down a bit.

Must say, the red CNN DOG with globe is better than I thought it would be - at least it doesn't animate at hyper speed, with the light beam across the CNN logo going the same as the US one and the globe spinning at a respectable speed.

Also, nice that the graphics now have a little bit more of a 3D effect (something we lack in terms of news graphics here in the UK now!!) - there is nothing wrong with it and looks miles better.

It has excellent attention to detail. Even the globe on the CNNi logo breaking the items up on the ticker spins as well as it goes along.

I watched cnn earlier this week and i like the new look although i actually thought they were doing a simulcast with cnn usa like they did during 9/11, that was until i heard alison bells voice.
