Clock's Go Back

Well, when the clocks went forward at the end of March, Dean Lydiate on BBC1 said "welcome to summertime" at 2:15am BST. What would we do without magic Dean eh? Channel 4 also reminded us that the clocks had changed at 2:05am BST. But the best station was Radio 2, where the newsreader said "it's one o'clock Greenwich Mean Time, time for the clocks to go forward to 2 o'clcok British Summer Time".

Now if you'll excuse me everyone, I've some clocks to alter.

At the moment, Sky News doesn't have a DOG and ITV NC says 2am!

Edit: ITV NC DOG taken off now - somebody must have noticed

Every time change, its exactly the same. It can take upto a full hour to change When somebody scores in football, the display can be off for a couple of seconds to update but on 24 hour news channels, it all goes t!ts up.

Still, today is BBC News 25 so make the most of it!

Sky News had to remove all their aston bars - ticker etc (except namebars) to update the clock. Its back now.

Thought i'd tell you all as if you don't already know.

ceefax is still off by an hour. teletext is fine.

Do the workers get paid overtime for the extra hour they've worked?

My Freeview box is still +1 hour. All the listings aswell.

I assume it's because of the Ceefax time?

Someone's rung up Les Ross on BBC Wm, & his people's found out there's a fault with Ceefax.
