The most we might get to see is probably just some news channels or teletext services not changing their clocks at the correct time, which has happened in the past.

did;t one of CRAP ITV bingo breakdown because of a clock change?
They don't change officially until 1am when they 'spring' forward (GMT+0100)
But when they 'fall' back (GMT±0000) they go back at 2am.
I was around 9 years old when I became aware of the twice-yearly clock changes and when I first heard the weatherman say "the clocks are going back tomorrow", I thought everyone had to take their clocks back to the shop...
In the past The Paul O'Grady Show and Something for the Weekend have both fallen off air on the day of a time change. Bingo Night Live had problems and Roulette Nation have had to stop the game for an hour while they were on air during a time change.
I am not sure any of these problems were ever officially blamed on the time change, but us viewers never really get to find out what causes most technical problems anyway.

A heck of a co-incidence if they weren't all clock-change related though
