Classic Cock-Up by Anglia last night

I don't know if anyone saw it but last night on Anglia West when ITV News handed back to the regions for the headlines, we saw Caroline Oldrey putting on her make-up. After a while she realised, stared at the camera and then read out the headlines only to be cut off for ITV News.

Classic Cock-Up there by Anglia.

Though it could just as easily have been a cock-up by ITV Playout in London.

I saw this, it certainly was a classic. She put her make-up down super quick when she realised she was on air.

I've seen quite a few cockups on Anglia News but this is the funniest in ages.

Its nice to blame them for everything, but good to see the dear olde folkes in Magdelene Rowad, Naaridge still capable of providing little glimpses of the entertainment that Anglia House provided for decades.

Isn't it Magdalene St ? Out of interest does the East/West split still happen in Norwich, or are the separate studio out feeds now piped down to LNN (ITV Playout now I guess) for them to drop in to the transmitter feeds? I'd have assumed the latter if LNN/ITV Playout are able to split the transmitters for ad-break purposes.

I could be wrong but I think the split now happens at ITV Playout.
