YES!
They had Michael AND Leah on today!
It was ages since they worked toghther infact Michael even mentioned it. He said it was 6 WEEKS!!!
I thought some people said they couldn't afford them both, well they can and todays CiTV was GREAT. I still think they should read out e-mails and have an interactive bit (e:g between tha ads!), as the only bit of interactivity they have now is Bag the Swag. They don't even call the winner, like Danielle used to, and give them another question to win CiTV goodies!
Anyway, glad to see Michael and Leah back together!

LoveTV!! Very Happy

Yes it was good to see Michael and Leah together today, they also hinted about the Ant and Dec last SM:TV appearance.

And to answer your question, its Angry Beavers on Wednesday at 3.30

I saw some of CiTV today and I have to say that I was suprised by both of them being back together, for once! To be honest I only watched Fingertips, and I have to say it is a good show for some reason. Though I thought it was funny at the end where Michael and Leah said you can win the spinning thing which was made on Fingertips, which has been signed by Stephen. I thought it would have been signed by Fearne too, but I guess ITV aren't really to happy with her as she does more programmes for the BBC. Plus the outtake reel on FT was funny, though I assume they've made some 'uncut' ones as they were cut just after the cock-up and there were many mistakes.

Though I have to say that the ECP and credits on Fingertips is awful, as the credits are made so they are suitable with the current ECP, but what do they do? They squash the picture, with the credits only taking about a third of the screen completely squashed.

I don't understand why they don't slide the credits over to the right hand side like on the normal ECPs.

It was great to have Michael & Leah back. On their own, Leah does straight links mainly, with Michael having a few drops of the crew, but when they're together they both give up and have a good natter. They could easily do it more days, as programmes that they have changed create more time.

They have extra time by screening two All Grown Up's on a monday, they will now gain extra time by having the angry beavers back on instead of the flinstones (i wonder if we will see the return of the angry beavers send in, that was a good idea), and with That's So Raven, they have more time on thursdays.

If they missed out You Can Do Magic (as according to early schedules its on everyday, bar christmas day, throughout the two weeks) they would have extra time on a friday again.

They could do with extra interactivity. Viewers can still text, email, go online, and even phone the carlton studios if they want, but they don't publish it. They could with random topics each day. Perhaps they could introduce a messgae scroller through the commercial breaks, ala nick l8r.

Not a patch on Art Attack though I don't think, as its just the same programme in different colours.

Well she's not contracted to either side AFAIK but the Foundation TV company who makes programmes for both sides hence how she's able to be on both CiTV and CBBC. So if ITV aren't happy that's just their tough crap.

I don't know why they don't have their own house style credits for CiTV programmes. Just have them all right-aligned 4:3 safe in the corporate font and then just overlay a studio feed on the left. No need to start squashing then and everybody's happy.

SM:TV showed a few early clips today- are they listening? I'd like to see some more please! And if you are listening, I will mention yet again- please repeat full editions on ITV Kids!

Stop saying ITV KIDS. It hasn't been confirmed. CiTV sounds much better. ITV KIDS sounds American and patronising for children!

LoveTV!! Very Happy

PS- On the CiTV pinboards it says on one of the recent threads that Funhouse isn't coming back!! Is that right?

It might not have been confirmed, but it is the workign channel anme, so I am reffering to it as that.

I don't really watch CD:UK anymore. It just doesn't feel the same as it used to as the show drifts further away as the connection between it and SM:TV gets more blurred. The show just isn't the same anymore. It was much better when it was basically the music portion of SM:TV. I'd like to se past editions of CD:UK as well

But then it would be all old music, which I don't think kids will want to watch. It would be a waste of time and lose ratings.

I hope Ant and Dec will do their last CD:UK after SMTV.
Does anyone know how long the Last ever SM:TV will be?

I'm guessing 9.25 - 12.00.

They must have extended the timeslot for something!
