I hate those promo's with the kids talking about Animates!

I don't honestly see what everyone loves about Micheal. He's a nasty piece of work - has everyone forgot about when he was on CBBC and was laughing at some little kids singing. He was imitating it and being really bitchy, he did it because he thought the camera wasn't on.

I thought he was doing what most presenters on CBBC probably do when out of vision, he was asking someone to hand him a piece of paper he needed, and got then realised and said "what am I doing, that's on camera" he wasnt being bitchy about the singing.

Yey, Seriously weird is on Saturday!
I think it is stupid at putting it on a Saturday when it is a really good show!

Today, Michael said it was the last Flntstones for a while (tomorrow!). But in my TV Guide it says the Flintstones are on next week. Is it a mistake or not?
If not, what is on next wednesday???

I swear I saw that clip and he was laughing his head off at the kid that was singing on the tape! He said something like "that's bloody awful!".

Oh for goodness sake, what do you think that kids TV presenters are like off screen ?

They are adults you know, heaven forbid, but they might even swear !!!!

Make sure you tune in to SM:tv GOLD this Saturday to find out how you could be the luckiest kid in Britain and get to play Challenge Ant with Ant & Dec on the last SM:tv ever on December 27th. I know the clip you mean but from what I remember he had forgotten the caller's name and was asking someone for the information. The problem was he was still in vision...the fool!! Rolling Eyes

So they are going to be on the final show, great news. It would be nice of them to present it also, but let's not get our hopes up yet. It would be nice if all of the challenge ant questions were about SM:tv over the years.

And I'm glad that it will be a final edition of Challenge Ant rather than Brian's Brain.

I suppose they could do it, as the pop idol final is the weekend before, and Cat is only in the next studio for cd:uk, so that wouldn't be a problem.

Speaking of cd:uk, with this continuing, I hope that they have a revamp of cd:uk along with the launch of the new show!

It would be a bit embarressing if the last SM:tv gets higher ratings than the first edition of the new show. I expect major pluggings for the new show over christmas, they have got to, they can't have a rugby final every saturday morning!

Does anyone know if this weeks idea of cd:uk starting at 12 is going to be a permanent thing, or at least for the rest of SM:tv Gold? They can do it, as they only used to fill the 12:30 slot with something like a film premiere anyway, and it stops it going in combat with TOTP Saturday.

I know presenters don't act the way they do on television from real life - I'm saying that to other people.

I think its very very likely that the last SM:TV will get higher ratings than the first episode of the new show!

Quite rightly so if it does.

Isn't the show inbetween Christmas and new year usually a pre-record anyway - the previous 2 years it's been the "sm:tv awards". However, I do hope the last ever SM:tv live will be live. Thats presuming it is 'Live' instead of 'gold'
