Is it live today? They're doing Eat my Goal outside and it's pitch black... does it grow dark at 3pm in London?! I'm wondering because it's been done pretty much 'as live' and they've even left some mistakes in, so I'm not sure whether it is live or not.

Looks like someone from SM:TV has been reading this. On today's Chums they showed the full opening titles & "credits".
I do think it's a shame though that they aren't running any early (1998/99) sketches or clips on the show. They only really seem to be running clips and sketches from 2000/2001 (though today's Chums was an early one from 1999), it would be great to really get a glipse of the show's early days again. I would also like it if they could run more clips from the show itself, like from the games and some other studio stuff rather than just showing sketches, as there's loads of good bits of the show we'll never see repeated otherwise. Also, one thing I'd like to see is after the final SMTV Gold airs they could then repeat the very first SM:TV on ITV2 afterwards (I would like to see full editions reepated as wekk, amybe that's something ITV Kids (or even ITV Gold) could do if it ever gets off the ground). IMO it was also better when SM:TV and CD:UK were effectively the same show, sadly that feeling's been gone for a while even if they are still at the same studio.

It appears that most of Sunday is given over to CITV on ITV1 tomorrow!
Loads and loads of CITV
YAY for CITV

Well you say CiTV, I bet most of it will be rubbishy itv ca linking in.
They've got the make & do sunday's back at 11am after an extended GMTV. Then a double bill of Girls in Love (that they are bringing back), a Toy of the Year awards show (presented by Eamonn Holmes and Kerry McFadden (I suppose it could really be classed as CiTV because it's Toys!), and then a short ep of the angry beavers.
Should be a good afternoon lineup, though it would be better with CiTV links, etc.

And according to the horse's mouth on their message boards, stars of award nominated hit CITV series "My Parents are Aliens" will be making an appearance on that toy show tommorow.
At least with ITV1 continuity you get clean credits and the chance of hearing the announcer introducing kids shows

Interesting. I wonder whether they have some MPAA merchandse to flog to punters?
I dont like the announcer introducing CiTV programmes. It isn't right, and when I've seen them they haven't done it anyway, they just mention programmes that are on later, and then it rolls.
It is nice to see the full credits, and CiTV need to polish up on that, I know they need to use the time, but even when they have no presenters like through half term mornings.

Surely SM:tv today was pre-recorded. The lack of any votes at all - no number to ring in for eat my goal (wonder how the callers got through, not a fix surely...)plus it was pitch black. Plus both secret of my success and chums left uncut, to give way for the time lost by not showing choices and numbers for phone votes.
