Not sure if its some problem; or if it is permanent but CiTV has broadcast with its dog/bug/ CiTV corner of screen logo all afternoon.

They have had periods in the afternoon before where programmes have gone out without one but its always before reappeared later.

Today it didnt come on at 15:15 and hasnt shownt its face yet; could it be permanent? Could it be a problem with the system? Or perhaps they are creating a new one!

Four presenters is too many, but I like all four (if we count Stephen as permanent now.) I suggest they do a Blue Peter style rotation and only ever have three of them presenting on any one show, and the missing person's photo is displayed on a side table or something. Shavaugn is good, but when there are four presenters somebody is always left out. I hope she returns and a rotation system is put in place.

One thing I have to say though: CHANGE HER HAIR! It looks awful when she combs it back like Elvis. Time for her to get some hair straighteners and have it cut a little bit shorter too.

God; I dig it up to mention the disapearance of the CiTV dog; and the sm:tv convo continues.

Anyway. Tess leaves at the end of august; so hopefully they will keep it at shavaughan, des and stephen; even though the three names dont roll of the tongue together as well as ant, dec and cat.

Stephen is surprising me as he's bringing back a lot of the live elements of the show. To me the show a couple of days ago felt like it had been recorded and edited; plus you had tess presenting cd:uk and cat doing the voice overs on the trails.

Lets wait to see what we get next week; as they killed off ghostbusted; unless stephen isnt on next week, so they had to!

Id like to see some simple games just for the summer like 'guess the tess' where tess dresses up as something and callers guess who/what she is; a bit like the joe mace saturday show game 'who are ya?'; if anyone saw it!

Even though the three rules mentioned at the start of the very first sm:tv live were no puppets, no gunge and no dwarfs; i'd like to see all of these elements (perhaps only dwarfs once) encorporated into a new look. Tiny & Mr Duk were one of my favourite elements of the saturday show; I still dont get why they left! And two puppets like this; perhaps by the people behind bro & bro.

If only they could get a set that could quickly change; so that sm:tv could use the whole set so that they werent all stages; a bit like live & kicking had many areas that they could use to present from!

Is Cat Deeley having to give up CD:UK during Fame Academy, with it being on the same day and all that ?

She has been at the moment. i.e. she's had the last two saturdays off; i'm not sure whether it will last through the duration of fame academy or whether she is just using up her holidays now!

Im not sure how much rehersal is needed for each; whether they both reherse at the same times; or whether she could reherse for cd:uk on friday morning, reherse for fame academy later that day; reherse and present cd:uk on the saturday morning and then reherse and present fame academy on saturday night. I suppose it will depend on her needs and how good she feels; it wouldnt look good if she looked knackered and ready for bed when doing fame academy now would it?

Though I suspect cat will chose fame academy over cd:uk as its giving her more publicity; though I wonder how she feels going up against ant & dec?

Well I certainly don't think puppets should ever be brought onto SM:tv. Tiny and Mr Duk were extremely patronising and I didn't find them at all amusing.I'm glad they left TSS.

Cat is back on CD:UK this Saturday. It would be great to see her back on SMTV Live, she really did get good in the sketches.

Perhaps they'll get her back when Tess leaves - you never know, Tess may have been the reason she left in the first place (just an idea...).

When does Cat's CD:uk contract end anyway?

When Tess leaves I wonder who they'll get to fill in for Cat on CD:UK?

They'll probably get random minor pop stars, like Dane Bowers in again.

Shavaugn perhaps? With a new hair-do she'd be quite glitzy.

Tiny & Mr Duk werent patronising! The idea of having puppets would be to give the presenters a break. This is the reason we now have four; so that two can take a break whilst two present.

Cat was good on sm:tv; but with her doing fame academy as well; I cant see her wanting to get up at 5am and doing 3 shows. Though it would be nice to have a link between sm:tv and cd:uk. If cat would come back and they found the right twosome/onesome for her to present with then maybe the three/two of them could do cd:uk.

Who would be ur perfect smtv/cduk lineup of presenters?
