A mod on the pinboards said that no new logo would be arriving soon. Unless they are keeping it quiet!

Im not sure if they do need new presenters; If they get Kate as a full time not just stand in; as well as Michael (PLEASE STAY!) and Leah; Michael gets on with both Kate & Leah well; and by enhancing the links as well as new programmes they could make it good.

It may seem better to have a mass of presenters like CBBC has; but CiTV at the moment is only on for 1 hour 45 mins; and id prefer three that worked well together rather than many that dont!

When Pickard was head in 1998; they had Stephen & Dannielle as the only presenters till 2000 when andrea & tom came in; mainly because Stephen was doing shows for citv!

As for the line should be drawn between presenting the links and presenting programmes; CBBC do it as much as CiTV. Angellica presents 50/50 and short change; Andrew is in Byker Grove (not much this year; but still has a bit!), Jake did do Rule The school (not sure if hes doing the new series) aswell as against all odds and CBBC at the Fame Academy; Barney has presented that Crush that has just finished (A DATING SHOW FOR KIDS; WHAT NEXT!), and Kate Heavenor has presented more shows than anyone (bar Fearne Cotton!)

A new look CiTV with a totally different set; not just the current one (from jan 2000) decorated differently, with a new logo and graphics would complement a whole new autumn line up of shows excellently; unless of course they are going to hold it off for a new line up of shows in 2004 (and perhaps a new saturday morning show!) and bring everything in together; maybe even a channel!

Yep - that L&K relaunch was good because it was a complete relaunch. Not just a few graphics changes and the odd new presenter.

Revamps can work, but IMO, they work better when it's a complete revamp rather than the odd change here and there.

The funky new title music for the final series really gave L&K the edge for me... a classic hum-a-long tune made even better!!!!

The whole format, set, presenters, music and new titles injected a excellent new boost to an old show. Its a shame the young viewers didnt enjoy it! And thats why they now aim at a young audience with the Saturday Show.

I happened to be up early on Sunday morning and saw that Fearne Cotton was on both BBC Two and ITV1 at the same time (BBC Two obivouly live) but is she still contracted to CITV, or is she now at the BBC on a permanent basis?

Shes now contracted to CBBC to present Smile and The Saturday Show (TOTP Saturday form sept.) on BBC. When fingertips was recorded Fearne was freelance in a way as she worked for foundation tv that made fingertips and had a contract with (forgot their name) the comany that makes smile; and so did fingertips for citv, and eureka tv for CBBC and smile and live links for cbbc from feb 2002.

As shes now contracted to the BBC, she can only do shows for the BBC and smile. She cant do fingertips or eureka tv either.

They havent mentioned anything about it being Michaels last day today yet; though when Stephen left they just mentioned it at the end and he said his thankyous and goodbye! When David & Leigh left they had a montage of best bits too!

And how must CiTV feel being in Birmingham they get sun and get to present from the garden; where as CBBC in london present in studio in front of the glass doors overlooking a dark dismal blue peter garden.

Is the weather bad everywhere or just in London; its lovely at the mo in the w midlands!

Is Kate to be the new full time presenter?

Where's Leah is she on Holiday? Will Kate be presenting on her own?

I thought someone would have mentioned yesturdays sm:tv live before now. Did anyone see it?

I thought it was quite good yesturday, they dropped wonkey donkey yet bought back eat my goal; its different, would have liked to have seen something new though!

Still dont like the popbrain competition that they've got going; I feel hat this and sabrina take up too much of the show.

Would like to see short sketches into commercial breaks rather than just going into them!

I liked the sick trick show again, as this week it showed how girly and terrified of everything girls aloud really are; classic!

Also like the new sketch though I can see this getting old soon as the other two have. For those that didnt see it was the 3 men of busted (well two guys and tess as charlie; or charlotte!); as ghostbusters, in a sketch cleverly called GHOSTBUSTED

I hope so as well. The Saturday Show's getting a bit tedious now...

I thought the Ghost Busted sketch was good, but not as good as Only Fools and Hogwash!

Well I doubt they'll have BUSTED on every week.

Having said that, The Saturday Show is ending very soon - perhaps SM:tv's ratings will rocket once again?

But it is to be replaced by Dick & Dom in Da Bungalow.

And read the post again, it wasn't actually Busted appearing in Ghost Busted.
