Well good start to the show so far with chaos already starting. The hyenias do remind me of Bro and bro from What's up Doc.

However the audience and crew seem to forget that whilst they are filming in the little room next to the lab they still need to shut up. Poor Stephen was struggling to be heard, though was amusing when he turned to the door by the exit of the room into the rest of the studio and shouted "will you lot be quiet"

I thought this would be a good excuse to once again upload all the versions I have of the SMTV theme this time with some extra additions

SMTV 1998: The Interfearance CDUK theme used in show 3. The original version had "Wake Up, It's Saturday sung over it.

SMTV 1998-B: Original Steve Brown theme used from show 4 until August 1999.

SMTV 1999: The familiar theme used from September 1999-September 2001 and again in the last few months.

SMTV 2001: Used from September to November 2001

SMTV 2001-B: Used until the relaunch in March of this Year.

SMTV 2003: The short lived theme to coincide with the arrival of Des and Shavaughn

And also I have two of the seasonal variants.

SMTV Xmas 1: Used in 1999 and 2000

SMTV Xmas 2: Used in 2001 and 2002

Enjoy!

Please could you upload those again?

I'm not sure why the hyperlink tool isn't working properly but the files themselves should be working OK

I thought Sataurday's show was another fantastic one (Michael wasnt lying when he said that the show is going to be getting bigger and better when he left!)

Maybe someone should suggest to M.O.M that the hyena's could be called Bro and Bro!? wonder what will M.O.M will think of that?!. lol

When there has a been a relaunch/rebrand in the past the one thing that everyone has previously forgotten is the opening graphic to CITV!

But, alas, today they had actually changed it to ITV DAY and the clock now reads 15:30 with a different song - rather than the catchy (but annoying quarter past three on citv song!)

Heard the themes and they're great but what happened to the one with words?
