No they couldn't it's Nick's programme that they've got the terrestrial right to, though it would be nice to see in vision again.

Things could be looking up as far as new shows are concerend, we're getting this new show King Arthur's Disasters; as we've already discussed before they'll hopefully pick up the new season of Atomic Betty; and also a new season of SpongeBob is airing in the states next month, I think, so hopefully they'll pick that up by the summer.

If you go on to www.radiotimes.com you can see the shedule for the first two days of the cut. Atomic Betty has been replaced on Monday with the new afore mentioned cartoon, King Arthur's Disasters. I don't think they've fully repeated that season of Atomic Betty, have they? Maybe they've just moved it to a different day and wanted to start the new shedule with something new to help keep people watching. MPAA is still on though.
The Rugrats have been moved to Tuesday and MPAA is after that, again.

I don't understand why they air Dora. It seems to take up too much time for me. And I'm sure it would turn off older viewers, but it's their choice at the end of the day.

Yep, Dora is on every day by the looks of things. I also don't understand why they've done that, they've now reduced the older viewers shows by approx 30mins (or 20mins if you don't want to count Mr Bean) and increased the Tots by 15mins. To me that makes hardly any sense, even though the tots shows now go on for 30mins, they've gone from having 2-3 shows to 1. Confused

They really need to cut down MPAA to 2 shows a week at MOST for this to work. Just have to wait untill Saturday morning to be able to see the complete shedule for the shorter CiTV on the Radio Times website.

I think they should have a special week where each day they show different shows and you vote for one each day to be in a new lineup.
So on Monday you could vote for:
3.30 Kipper,3.45 Sooty,4.05 Fingertips or 4.30 Sabrina

...Or have the power of the digiguide.

4:25 My Parents Are Aliens (Repeat)

Wednesday
3:30 Dora The Explorer
4:00 Art Attack (Repeat)
4:25 My Parents Are Aliens (Repeat)

Thursday
3:30 Dora The Explorer
3:55 Jungle Run (Repeat)
4:25 The Fugitives (Brand New)...
Children's drama series. 12 year-old Alex inadvertently stumbles across a long forgotten family secret when he hears his father talking to a pair of shadowy operatives from the infamous EmbroGen company. Armed with his father's files, he goes on the run to track down his only ally, his uncle Harry, with his feisty companion Mel.

Friday
3:30 Dora The Explorer
3:55 Splash Camp (Brand New) REALITY SHOW: Splash Camp

Steve Wilson presents this high-stakes reality TV series that pits girls against boys in a series of challenges, with the overall winners treated to a Mediterranean holiday.

4:25 Girls In Love (continuing new series)

So at least there are a few new series creeping through, but only a few. And with Aliens repeats and only an hour to air programmes (bar little CiTV). With so many repeats, what do CiTV do with their quite large budget? Seems as though the current budget is higher than what it was back in the early 00's when they were live daily, had live programmes, many new series, more interactive features, and very few repeats!

Teletext on ITV Is advertising M.O.M For a hour due to the F1 racing tomorrow, so Digiguide is correct: M.O.M: 9.25-10.30am. It'll be interesting to see what item's they keep and what item's they'll scrap tomorrow!.

Kerry Group brand Cheestrings is to sponsor ITV1’s Saturday morning children’s show MOM (Ministry Of Mayhem). The integrated deal includes online sponsorship of the MOM micro-site within www.citv.co.uk.

Cheestrings is the second sponsor for the hugely popular show, which has enjoyed an outstanding performance in recent weeks achieving its highest audience since its debut in January last year.

Well based on what Stephen just mentioned they only have half the audience they intended to have as their bus is stuck in London. Still a hillarious show so far anyway.

I thought MoM was great, as usual, despite losing an hour of their show due to the F1. It did seem a tiny bit rushed, but I liked that, there wasn't too much hanging around and it just felt as if they were fast-paced instead of rushed.

The twist with Ram Ray was a good idea, I wondered how they would keep it short, because it could have gone on for over 5 minutes. Though it was obvious Ray would get the wooden door.
I don't think there was a bad point in the show.

The new sponsor did air today, as somebody mentioned the few days ago. Personally I prefered the Monster Munch sponser bumbers.

In this weeks TV guide it said they were going to have Tajja Isen (voice of Atomic Betty) on the show, maybe they are leaving it untill next week because in next weeks show description it says 'a new episode of Atomic Betty' so maybe they'll have her then to promote the new season or something. Unless of course they've got it wrong. But if they are showing the new season on MoM, wouldn't it be better to show it during the week and get rid of one of the MPAA repeats? Or just replace one of the repeated shows?

I know, that doesn't make any sense, maybe there are a few more new series/shows on the horizon. Maybe they spent most of their budget on Captain Scarlet, or maybe just focusing it on MoM.

King Arthur's Disasters should last quite a while, I heard there are 13 episodes in this series. I'm just afriad of what they'll do when they've repeated all the MPAA's, again, are they going to replace it with a new show, repeats of an old show or just re-repeat them for another 2 months.
