Despite what was said above, Ricky Gervais WAS on the show, it was just a pre-recorded insert rather than in the studio. That thing with the girl licking Ray's feet was disgusting though! How did she do it. And the Hyenas were far too underused this week IMO, espeically as the show had extra time as they'd got rid of Pet Alien (at last).

Yeah, it was great to see that Ricky was actually on, even though he wasn't in the studio. That was hilarious, shame Stephen didn't bring Ray along with him aswell as Mr. Lee. Laughing

I'm so glad they've finally decided to drop Pet Alien, it's not that it's a bad show, just been repeated too many times. They obviously only decided to drop it within the last week because they advertised that it was on this week at the end of last Saturdays show and even their website said it was still on.

I notice they've started altering the running since Dick & Dom stopped doing live shows. I wish someone would ensure that the crew were NOT dismantling sets whilst they were still filming. Whist Stephen was doing his magic bit you could blatently see the Food Fight set being dismantled in the background even though Stephen was in one of those little rooms.

I like the fact that you can see it in the background, it adds to the whole live atmosphere, like when you can hear the crew behind the ameras laughing.

I think this new segment, the 'I'll do ANYTHING for a prize' bit, will recieve complaints. Because I was watching one of the programmes on C4 about the banned season and there was that show that had a segment called 'I'll do anything to be on TV' and that caused quite a stir didn't it? And considering this is kids doing these things... I just think maybe it could cause some contriversey and could be bad for the show. Maybe if they didn't make it as disgusting it wouldn't be as bad.

But another great funny show, nice to see they're keeping a twist with Name That Tone, was it me or have they changed the set for Name That Tone? The Doc's Lab was great, nice addition of seeing celebrities getting sacred by Stephen and Holly. No more Pet Alien! And of course Ricky Gervais! Laughing

They also told us next weeks guest list at the end of the show and it is terrible...... Blazin Squad and Jade Rolling Eyes

They've changed the set a couple of times on Name That Tone using different colours on the desks. This would of been the 4th or 5th time they've changed the colour of the desks now!

I loved one of Ricky's lines in the interview to which he said "It's like TISWAS but without the talent!"

I think CiTV did quite well this morning. There was an Easter ident[which was the only one played!] and a new MoM trailer, that i'll try and capture as soon as possible.
When will the cut happen though?

I didn't see CiTV this morning, but midweek when they do the trailer of Holly and Stephen saying what's coming up on Saturday, I could have sworn they said that Pet alien was going to be on Rolling Eyes , maybe they just cut it last week because they couldn't fit everything in.

About the cut, I think I read somewhere on another thread that it's happening on the 11th of April.

According to Digiguide, MOM is only on for an hour next week!

06.00 GMTV: Toonattik

10:30 F1: Grand Prix Qualifying
12:10 ITV News; Regional News
12:20 CD:UK
13:20 Barbara

They'll have to miss out Captain Scarlett next week if that schedule is correct. Instead of an hour, why not put it on in the afternoon like they did with SM:tv gold when the footie was on?. Will it get more viewers if they did that?.

About the cut, is it regarding ofccom's requirements to show more religious programming?. A bit horrible if it is (no offence) but i prefer two hours of M.O.M.

Right..... and when was the last time you saw religious programming on ITV during a Saturday morning?

Apparently on Digital Spy, Jade Goody was on this morning and said the Bow Locks word out loud claiming "Thats Bow Locks" The presenter in question wasn't sure what she said and asked her to repeat it before a hasty apology came up.
