Tape something,get bored with it a few years later and sell it!That sounds legal to me!One thing though,why would anyone want to sell a taped SM:tv?Maybe they were being infitely considerate selling their joy so someone else could have joy!
I won another one last night from the week before Easter 99' ,so the info should be up next week.
BTW,shall we say no more about what's legal and what's not because

Selling unauthorised copies (ie. recording off of TV) of tapes IS ILLEGAL.
I know some TV companies 'turn a blind eye' to not-for-profit copying, but I somehow doubt if on sale on Ebay it is not-for-profit.
Yes lets get back on topic, I think it is clear tape selling is illegal.
