I think the only way we're going to see new shows is if they buy some, or a current show get's a new series/season. And the only one I know getting a new series it Atomic Betty. I think it's very likely we'll be seeing new series of MPAA, Giblet Boys and Barking! but that could be a looooooong way off.

CiTV will be commissioning some new programmes. There are some details in the ITV 2004 Review & 2005 statement, page 43, link below :

ITV Review 2004 / Statement 2005

Aardman have been commissioned to produce a new animation for CITV, and incidentally, they are also working on a 2nd series of Creature Comforts, for delivery to ITV in August.

He did, i watched it back last night. Wonder if the russian doctor knew what he said? Also was there small innuendo in Mr.Lee's gag during name that tone?. There seem to be more cock-up's appearing every week now which is good, the pizza guy's was the funniest one "why are you talking like that chris?, you wernt Italian two minutes ago!"

ITV Press Release :

ITV1’s flagship Saturday morning show, MOM, enjoyed a fantastic performance this week achieving its highest audience since its debut in January last year.

The programme delivered 370,000 Children viewing with a 24% share on Saturday, which is 8 points stronger than the average performance for the programme.

MOM has also seen an impressive improvement in viewing year-on-year. In the equivalent week last year MOM had attracted an average 15% share of Children’s viewing, which is 9 points below the performance this week.

It was not only this week that MOM witnessed a yearly rise in viewing. When looking across this year so far, the programme is claiming an additional 52,000 Children viewing each Saturday morning, and an extra 4 share points than it was in the same period in 2004.

MOM benefits from having wider audience appeal, especially among younger adult viewers. MOM has taken a 14% share for Adults 16-24 across this year.

Around three-quarters of Children now have access to Satellite and Cable stations, and as a result the kids market is an increasingly fragmented and competitive one.

Children now have the benefit of wider choice, including 19 dedicated channels as well as more time shift options and repeats. Despite this, MOM is still holding its ground well, and this week received an 18% share of Children’s viewing in Multi Channel Homes. This was enough to beat all competition from every other channels at that time.

Interesting article. The least surprising part of it is that the ratings are well up on this time last year.
They seem to have found the ground that people like and it's different to SM:tv in the way that SM:tv was sketch led, MoM is more feature and game led. ITV may have another hit on their hands.

I suppose all they need now is pet alien gone and they need titles.
And there's still that crate aswell!

Why do most people think that in that crate are two more presenters in there?. It could be though, im not sure what to think yet.

I'm still going on the hyena's mentioned by someone on here ages ago.
Plus there's the fact that they were boxed, had been flown in and kept laughing through the show.

I've got another idea for how they could split MoM.At the end of this weeks show they might reveal that it's the last in the series and the week after....
9.25 SMTV Studio[SMTV FORMAT!YAY!]
11.00 CiTV at the Weekend
11.00 SM:30 [ITV1 Border,Scottish and Grampian]
11.00 Puffin's Weekend[UTV and Channel]
11.30-12.30 CD:uk
See,you can put regional saturday morning shows back without disrupting the schedule too much!
And,in the crate, they could have something from the next series like a replacement for Micheal. They've probably put whatever it is in the crate now though.
