Could have just been short on time

Could this be the last week we see the Thank You desk? It was strange how they didnt say thank you to any guests apart from Ray and his friend saying thank you to Holly and Stephen for gunging them.

Who thinks they can predict what Stephen and Holly will be doing in five years from now. Have either of them got long-term TV careers and in what role? And does anyone agree with me that the Doc is being under used?

I've found an interesting linkhttp://www.rdfmanagement.com/clients/laura_jaye.html
If you click on the showreel there's a 3 minute video of Laura's time on CITV

It felt a bit out of place when they shifted everything in the 2nd half, felt a bit rushed to me. If they had complaints about Double Trouble in the middle of Captain Scarlet they should have just changed that. But puting Scarlet at the end isn't going to make me watch CD:uk.
But despite them changing it up, it was still really funny and another great show.
Highlights for me.... definately Stepen doing Ram Ray, The Umpah Lumbah bit and 'I can burp an animal' with "beaver"

Interesting MoM today.
It seems as though they've had many complaints from Captain Scarlet fans over them doing Double Trouble in the middle, so they moved it and everything else before it. Perhaps it'll add more viewers to carry over to cd:uk too, though it has been hosted by Dave 'I am the greatest presenter ever' Berry.
As for the show with them doing it like this they now have an hour in the middle, maybe they should push atomic betty forward a bit, though there was actually nothing wrong with it.
And at least due to the amount of ideas they're using, items aren't really getting bored.
Highlight of the show... most probably Stephen having a go at Ram Ray, though I did like the umpah lumpah bit.

ah, I have to admit this isn't a thread I read often, but I did go back through the last month's posts and didn't see any reference to it

I'm sure that they moved at the start of the year, as things went wierd with microphones and what pieces went where.
Also the subtitles graphic changed, and has stayed the same as the ITV1 one since, it could have just been a plan to make it look that way of course.
Though thinking about it, the Central West 3pm bulletin started to come from the main set around this time, something that they couldn't have done before as CiTV used the main gallery, even when they weren't actually in the studio.

what a good way to finsh a showreel with a bit of Swag at the end.
I hope when or if they have moved to Manchester maybe in the next few months we seen a Presenter back on the screen.

I agree, they'd obviously had complaints from serious viewers.
I felt Name that Tone was rushed this week and appearing so early in the show felt strange, the rest of the show was good as ever though, especially stephen's reactions to everything.
Bit strange now though that the line up is
start - cartoon - item - cartoon - item - item - item - item - item - cartoon - end, they might as well have ended MoM at 11.00!

That's what people have been saying that they should be doing.
The fact is that it will be shown anyway outside of MoM, they should do whatever they want in between it.
I reckon ITV told them what to do, from the amount of scroll bars that came up I doubt they were happy.
I can't see why they couldn't have put Captain Scarlet on at 10:30, letting it run through until 11 only having a quick break and competition and then doing double trouble, the lab and name that tone afterwards.
