And hopefully they'll get a new time[they might keep the Christmas Day time]!

Very much doubt that...CDUK's in that slot for the forseeable future.

Anyway the new presenters might debut on New years day

There won't be any new presenters. The Mirror says Michael was sacked. Stephen & Holly will continue, but as duo - and the show will be given a "Complete overhaul... to make it edgier"

Have you got the article to hand by any chance?

I guess having someone who looked like Gary Wilmot just wasn't enough for the people at MoM Smile

Christmas Week on CITV
Let's see what they've got this Monday to Thursday as its different than usual...

3.15 Miffy and Friends
3.20 Engie Benjy
3.30 Animated Mr Bean
4.00 Atomic Betty (NOT Thursday)

All four shows stripped across the week

4.00 THUR Busted Christmas Special
Festive comedy caper starring the pop trio. Charlie, Matt and James are sent running around London on a mission when their instruments mysteriously go missing. They go on a wild goose chase following clues, performing to fans and spreading goodwill to all those who help them in a quest to enjoy the spirit of Christmas. Starring: Charlie Simpson, Matt Jay, James Bourne, Pete Waterman.
A paper thin storyline with even worse acting as I remember. Also they won't be performing any songs they did this year for some reason?!!!

4.30 MON & TUE My Parents are Aliens Christmas Special
The aliens try to understand Christmas, but become confused about whether Santa really exists and who Lucy is playing in the school nativity play. After a visit from the ghost of his maths teacher's grandmother, Josh begins to mend his ways. But will he take Lucy's side over Santa, and risk not getting the mobile phone he wants for Christmas? Starring: Tony Gardner, Barbara Durkin, Danielle McCormack, Alex Kew, Charlotte Francis, Keith Warwick, Isabella Melling
Hmm? the one from series two then? That's either wrong or this year's new one will be exclusive to Christmas Day's MoM.

4.30 WED That's So Raven
Drama series about a psychic teenage girl whose 'gift' seems to land her in trouble more often than it helps. Raven skips school to replace a Christmas present which she opened early, and then accidentally broke.
Nice and festive

4.30 THUR Sabrina The Teenage Witch
Sabrina's Perfect Christmas. Series 5, episode 10.
Sabrina opts to spend a picture-perfect Christmas with Morgan and her family rather than endure the annual insanity with Hilda and Zelda. Starring: Melissa Joan Hart, Caroline Rhea, Beth Broderick

Christmas on CITV wouldn't be Christmas without a festive Sabrina would it!

Bearing in mind there is no afternoon CBBC this week, this line up should really get a larger than usual audience

Christmas Eve
9.25 Boohbah
9.50 Art Attack Christmas Special
10.15 Thomas the Tank Engine
10.20 Potatoes and Dragons
10.30 Sabrina the Teenage Witch
Christmas Amnesia. Series 3, episode 11. Sabrina refuses to get into the Christmas spirit, until she accidentally erases everyone's memory of the holiday season.

All these shows are christmas themed, although its a bit odd mixing tiny CITV and older kids shows up together

The early episodes of Sabrina the Teenage Witch (up to and possibly including Series 4) were pretty much viewable by kids of all ages, which probably goes some way to explaining why they've put it in that slot...

LoveTV!!
I really wish CiTV would show the final series of Sabrina because SMTV hacked the shows to bits and made it look crap and then MOM was a bit better but started to cut scenes by the end of the series and missed out an episode.
I only have eps taped from MOM and therefore missed out like the 12 eps that SMTV aired.

By the way, the episode that Citv are showing on Thursday was shown last year (I think) but ITV1 presented it (I have on tape you see) and was shown in proper 4:3 with the full credits. Thats how they all should be! Shame they haven't done it this year.
I have kept that episode because I like listening to the end theme song over the credits (sad, I know).

What is up with those MOM trailers? The ones with the spinning heads. Absolutely weird. Shocked

CiTV's getting into the Christmas Spirit this week, even with the annual event of messages from presenters, they seem to be sticking with CiTV faces this year, previous years it seemed to be compulsary to have many prime time stars such as Chris Tarrant, Cilla and Mathew Kelly to name a few.

Plus we finally know that the voice's name is Tim, after a phone call to Santa after today's MPAA, I wonder what he would be like presenting in vision.

CiTV should pick up a few more people today with no CBBC.
Is it just me or is it odd for CBBC to finish a week before Christmas, I'm sure it used to be Christmas Eve before they went to just mornings for the week.

I'd laugh if M.O.M gets another brand new set in Jaunary after Michael said it would get bigger and better next year, Im hoping it does and i hope the main thing they introduce next year is a decent lengh & set of OPENING TITLES!.

Indeed and the voice playing Santa sounded like Swag(taclaus).
I can't work out which bits he does live and which is recorded. Is the 'My Prizes are Amazing' silly voice the same bloke?

Anyway today's MPAA was the 2000 one with Barbara Durkin, so this year's xmas special is therefore exlusive to the Ministry

Yes you are right, they usually go up to the 23rd. If it was a short week they might get away with it, but with 4 days to Christmas Eve I'm not sure what they are playing at
