I think the closet to a daily live programme was the summer CBBC programme X Change - which they've now dropped since it's now on twice daily on the CBBC channel.
It wasn't really a proper sort of entertianment show, and it was only on for around an hour anyway. Some sort of full show would be much better.
Interesting. I haven't seen that before, but they've just done a competition on CiTV, where it was all done in a cartoon style, the idea being that a space ship picks up CiTV and takes it into space, they even used a jingle for the phone number - not as good as Swag's, but it's ok.
But this begs the question, why can't they do things like read out emails, and have Smile like games on the air. They have a few good ones on itv.com/citv that could easily be transferred to on air.
The voice has also proved that he's live as he apologised for the Engie Bengy mistake earlier this week.
They could even set the whole thing around this city scape thing.
Even though they're out of vision, doesn't mean that they can't put in effort through graphics and interaction.
They have to think of doing the content like a radio show, even though people can't see the presenter on the radio, they're still live and interactive, why can't CiTV be?
The MoM single is now appearing on the HMV UK's search engine, but something confuses me, it brings up 2 results but one costs £1.99 and the other is £2.99 but both contain 1 disk. Can anyone help me out there?.
CITV seem to have been maing a lot of poor desisions this last year. They axed SM:TV, and it's got worse from there.
BTW, does anyone think axing SM:TV and getting Carlton to make MoM was a way to get ITV more involved with the show, rather than being made by an unconnected independant (Blaze).
Back to MoM:
WOW!The new MPAA starts on MoM tomorrow! I wonder if it'll be anything like SM:tv in Autumn 2001.
Has anyone got a cap of the original SM:tv set anyway?Because i've saved a picture of the 2nd one and the March 2003 set. And,more about SM:tv,i think they should redo the last ever smtv and before that there could be repeats of smtv or a new thing[SM:tv X or something]
Back to MoM again!
I think when it gets full titles maybe they could run towards the studio and they could run to the studio but it could turn into the ministry and one presenter could drop the o which could spin and make the new ending.Good competiton aswell!

The reason for this is because the £2.99 has more stuff added like the Lock Up Your Daughters song and video, an extra song called 'Don't want you' and the MOM song.
Whereas, the £1.99 single only has the Lock Up Your Daughters song and MOM Song.

Hope that helps,

Just wondering is the MOM song a B side or a Double A side?
I notice they were on Popworld last sunday, only refering to 'Lock Up Your Daughters' of course, they are just seem a copycat version of Busted really. Which is either good or bad considering which way you look at it!
I think its a B-side. As for the extra tracks on the £2.99 disk, i hope they stick the non-lyric version of the MoM theme on there! (the one that they use in the background of the show) Saves me time trying to remove the vocals from one recording i did of it using a vocal remover.
