If I was controller of CITV, I would get a survey done by kids, then axe or change MOM, and watch the ratings and make improvements.
The best idea.
Why Children's companies don't do this.
CiTV, or infact any of them could do it as a questionnaire on their website, and then have it lead to a secret download of a wallpaper or a game or something to get more kids to do it!

Because if 'Home On Their Own' is anything to go by, most of the ideas suggested by the kids will be impractical, pointless and generally cost far too much money for little benefit. Plus they'll all want copious Sabrina, longer hours, more expensive prizes and the axing of CBBC ("because it's crap"), later followed by a rebrand every five minutes and chocolate cake on demand.
Just because the kids in a movie get into a situation of power and act all adult from the word Go, it doesn't work like so in real life. I reckon real world kids would bankrupt CiTV in less than a week.

lol.
I'm not talking about total kids control, just questions like;
Which genre would you prefer in a strand?
A) Action/Adventure
B) Quiz/Gameshow
C) Anime
D) Drama
E) Cartoons, etc.
Not with a budget of ..., how would u spend it?
Or something like...
What style of presentation would you prefer
A) Presenters
B) Puppets
C) Virtual Presenters
D) No Presenters
One great irony about CBBC/CITV is that as Michael and Holly both moved to CITV from CBBC and Dick & Dom both (briefly) worked on CITV, we could well have ended up with Dick & Dom as hosts of MOM, which would have been mental, especially if their competitors were 'Mike & Hol In Da Bungalow' (which just don't sound right!)

Perhaps Steve Ryde would have done the programme for ITV with Dick & Dom, except at the time, both Dick & Dom were just normal presenters rather than the mad things that they've turned into, and SM:tv was at it's height!
Sorry but does anyone know if 'the Noise Next Door' will be releasing the Ministry of Mayhem song aswell as Lock up your daughters or will they both be on the single?
I am very suprised that no-one has mentioned this....
Nickelodeon to take over ITV Kids? Apparently they are on the verge of signing a contract to do so, presumably meaning that the contract with Central must be due up.
If Nickelodeon have any sense with comissioning it could do good for CiTV, which it may not be called.

NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The no is for the fact that we may lose the CiTV name.
I don't agree with this. What's next? ABC1 take over prime time?
I wouldn't mind if it was a merger of Nickelodeon UK and CiTV, rather than Nick just producing the ITV slot. Though if they can pull off something like Nick L8R then it may be good.
But then again, isn't it making competition for itself, just like the BBC do I suppose!
Plus it HOPEFULLY will mean the return of Live content, though Nick may choose to keep that to Nickelodeon.
Plus they could effectively have extra programmes of things like MoM.
And what's the betting that this new Nick search for a presenter thing will be for Nick L8R and therefore them boosting their current presenters onto ITV1!
Plus we will see the increase (YET AGAIN) as it was just disapearing of endless Nickelodeon shows!
Hopefully they won't and will also recommission CiTV favourites like Finger Tips, Art Attack, Jungle Run, Big Bang, Worst Witch, etc. that can also be used on Nickelodeon channels.
But I would still prefer a rebrand of the Nickelodeon channels to 'INK', as then the whole brand would make sense, and they could advertise the former Nickelodeon channel. For example, they could do a Nick L8R style programme 3:30 - 5 on ITV1, and then continue the programme on Nickelodeon, that should also be known as INK.
