I believe it's intntional, though it will never be the same as SM:TV I almost wish it had never been axed, but given one last chance and an overhaul instead.

I quite liked todays show, though the ending of Buthaven seemed fimiliar to the ending of chums but im starting to like it!.

I missed what the doctor did in the lab so i have no idea what happened, i'll play it back later and see. The cheering at the beginning and end of the Ministry, was it me or did it sound 'canned' (I.E Sound effect?)

Me too, SM:TV did about 3 different sketches in within 2 hours , At least MOM are trying to be funny but it will never be the same.

Whew! I've spent the last 2 hours on Tv Tome typing in the air dates & episode numbers for EVERY edition of SM:TV and applied as editor. Hopefully, what I've typed in should appear over the next few days. Shame I don't have much info to put into the episodes themselves (expect for the editions dated 13, 20 & 27/12/03 which I have on video).

And BTW, fanoftv can you tell me just how you are getting on with those videos, I just haven't heard anyting from you for ages (probabally because I haven't asked).

Nooooo! I do not want SM:TV to come back because (1) I love the theme tune, really catchy (and its getting released as a single, woo! ) and (2) the non-editing of Sabrina, the teenage witch. (a it should be!!)

Anyway, todays show was very good, I enjoyed the opening with the presenter singing along but am glad they dropped the microphone so they can dance now. I have to say, I think 'Cakey Sk8' is getting very boring, the same b-o-r-i-n-g format every week and Michael getting caked at the end #yawn#. The Doctor was very funny today, i bet he will get a few complaints aswell but i hope he doesn't get in trouble because he makes the show, it would be crap without him. Finally, they showed Sabrina, the teenage witch in full with the end scene added on, thank you MOM.
I notice that the break sting had been altered slightly, it now only shows the modified logo. The older logo can only be seen on the studio TV's.

What exactly was it that the doctor said/did I wasn't properly awake at the time.

While Stephen was doing the regular mind-tickle, the doctor ran around the lab set and came back in the lab out of breath and while out of breath he put two fingers together and put them against his mouth and pretended he was smoking!.

Looks like all that I typed in on the SM:TV page on TV Tome is up. Sadly it's in a mixed up orderbecause of the past entries, but if I get editor I will sort it out.

I hve thought maybe they shuoldbring SM:TV Gold back (it's unlikely full editons will ever be repeated) maybe on a Saturdayteatime or something as a 60 minute shot consiting of entirely old footage from SM:TV and CD:UK and maybe even new linky recorded by Ant, Dec & Cat. it would be a good idea.

I think Cat 's cd:uk will be axed eventually. soon.
The ratings have plunged to an all time low and have for the past few months.

I doubt they're worse than TOTP Saturday though, that show is absolutly AWFUL (one thing I don't understand about that show and is the thing I hate the most is why do they use the film effect on all performances? The normal TOTP doesn't do it, and it just looks nasty,especially as it looks more like a slow shutter).

That true about totp but i'm fearing the worst about cduk !

But then again- it IS the summer, and a lot of people will be out doing other things and being on holiday rather than watching TV.
