i was actually up for the start of MoM this morning (I usually record and watch back), and it was another great show. It was a shame that the guys from Harry Potter couldnt have been happier at the start!
The doctor was great again, and Ray's darkness was fantastic, even though it seemed like he'd never heard the song before.

I'd like to see them do some new games, as I was up I went a flicking and saw a bit of the saturday show which has improved over the weeks. Simon, Angellica and Jake are working together nicely and they are introducing new games and ideas.

I'd like to see the ministry doing something like this, it looked that way when they introduced the chicken roulette game, just something random each week, like a globoloco challenge.
Maybe create a new or a couple of new games where viewers at home can take part. As long as it doesn't get stale then it should be ok. Though they could do with making it as strong as possible (and the presenters taking holidays) before Dick & Dom return in September.

Having a live high speed car ride with Harry Potters Drago Malfoy as the passenger was such a fantastic idea and so different for Saturday Morning TV.
That guy "Malfoy" seemed really angry with Holly during Cakey Sk8 when she got out the tin with the suprise gone wrong, she spilled it over him and then he struck her really hard with the cake and I thought "My God, How can she not be crying after such a hard smack on the cheek?" Holly then cowarded behind Stephens back and although trying to look fine seemed genuinely shocked.

The wrong CD:UK details were played on MOM for the coming up on this mornings CD:UK....... The show may not have even been live as Cat Deeley has been away in New York this week on a break [and if you believe what you read in Daily Mirrors 3am] supposed to be meeting US TV execs with a view to possibly following her Fame Academy co host Patrick in presenting a show across the pond, with CD:UK weekly, Stars In Their Eyes/Kids/Celebrity whenever necessary and with regular Fame Academy on a [possibly permanent] break, Cat has now hosted so may shows [Comic Relief does Fame Academy, Record of the Year 2003, Royal Variety Performance 2003. Brit Awards 2004 etc] in the UK that if going to NY is genuinely her thinking about US TV then that wouldn't be a bad idea.

The Saturday Show is good now but still nothing compared to Fearne & Simon live with TSS & TOTPS from 9 - 12 on Saturday mornings last year. Karaoke is returning to TSS with Blue karaoke starting on Sat next but without the great lighting, giant screen & large performance stage of last summers Saturday Show the segment may not be as good visually.

As well as MOM getting better CiTV is aswell (with programming).
Here are some of the great shows starting from Monday 14th June:

Arrow Starfinder, weekdays 3:00/3:30pm.
Arrow Sabrina series 7 (the final series!), Wednesdays 4:30pm
Arrow Thats So Raven, Fridays 4:30pm

The sabrina ep is finishing off the ones after SM:TV. (starting with 'the lyin', the witch and the wardrobe' )

It doesn't look like they sare aiming for 6-10yr olds now, does it?

Give the Doctor his own series!! He's one of my faves on the ministry. Thought that Ray in a Darkness-esque suit was hilarious!

Oh yes, the Doctor is good. Nevermind dirty innuendo being used in kids shows these days. I thought the way he said the words "I shat my pants" in the experiment slot in the show was great, even took Stephen by surprise.

MoM had a rocky start to begin with but watching the show for the first time in a while was really good and certainly had a lot of energy. Lets hope Holly is alright after that smack of that desert in her face!

Didn't the Doctor actually say "Shattered my pants"?
It does have a lot of energy, they had a few sitting down moments yesturday, but it was still good. They could add many new segments to it and extend it for 3 hours, move cd:uk to 5pm and you get a better slot for CiTV, and a better slot for cd:uk (which would get better gets and more guests live in the studio).

Shat my pants or Shattered.... debatable! I think we would need an action replay for this.

I swear it was Shat my pants even though he was using something straight after to get rid of the pants but the way Stephen looked at the same time I clicked as well makes me more dubious to what he said.

Either way, it was funny!

Re watching he said:
"This experience is going to be so exciting in itself. I tried this experiment this week, and I shattered my pants!" He then went on to the experiment of shattering his pants.

Didnt the doc also say (when stephen was tickling him) "Oh you cheeky sod" and then quickly said "oh you cheeky boy?" or was it me again?.

I liked the little rap he did when he was modelling his protective shoes too.

Just looking in the x-mas listings 2004 thread and came across a thought: Will MoM have a Christmas theme during the december month?.

I hope so! Even though SM:tv didn't do it in 1998, from 1999 they started to add snow and sparkling effects to the titles (and very high it was too!), the only other saturday morning show which has had a christmas theme was the saturday show in 2001.
Live & Kicking (until 2000 when they had new christmas titles but had the same music) always pulled out the theme with what sounded like jingle bells and a choir in the background. And of course Dick & Dom went the whole way with new christmas titles, bells on the tune and christmas lyrics!

Anyway, back to the point, they should do, I would be surprised if they didn't. I doubt the christmas show will be live as it's on Christmas Day, though if it was, that would be fantastic.
They could easily create Christmas lyrics and have the town on the titles all snowed under with santa and a sleigh flying around.

It would be nice if they went back to the old Live & Kicking christmas shows when they had a huge christmas tree, the studio covered in decorations, someone playing the piano and the presenters in a dress and a tux, it always seemed nice and christmassy.

Can anyone remember those Ribena adverts earlier this year that had some bloke jumping up and down on the bed? I've just looked closely at them, and I'm pretty sure it's the same bloke who plays The Doctor (and Dad in Globo loco).

The doctor is getting even funnier now! He made a comment about shattering his pants and how they said "Calvin" on the back, for a moment i thought he was going to continue that sentence by refreing to Calvin from S Club 8 as they were on the first show. I presume he ment Calvin Klein?.

And will Mucho Lucho be a hit on MoM next week?.
