Michael & stephen. Another great presenter we will be losing from CiTV then. I cant see him doing both. Though SImon Grant seems to be doing odd days on the CBBC channel at the mo, as i presume this is what they meant that he would be doing whilst sick & dom is on saturday mornings.
Could be Angellica as Michael did present well with her, equally well with Leah. Michael & Stephen never did an afternoon's CiTV as Michael was bought in to replace Stephen and shortly before Leigh & David went. But they did do the CiTV white knuckle tour where they pre recorded them in 2002, they worked well together (though Michael had the horrible brade things, that luckily people are slowly getting rid of!).

Fearne Cotton is very unlikely to leave CBBC. Top Of The Pops Saturday and Friday nights is were she's at now. Wouldn't she be stupid to try and present a new Saturday morning show on ITV1 with The Saturday Show coming back from its break in the spring with Simon Grant & Fearne!
Angelica Bell is presenting the same thing day in, day out with CBBC ONE every afternoon and if she was offered the chance at Saturday mornings for citv she might just go for it.

I presume Angellica's been on holidays as she hasnt been on for a few weeks. I actually thought what they may be trying to do is not pinch the saturday shows main girl, but the other saturday show girl, well saturday show extra girl Sara Elgan.
With her being freelance working for itv's dial a date, the Saturday Show Extra and s4c' s planed plant, it wouldnt be so much steeling her, only in the sense that she would have to leave the saturday show extra. She has turned out to be a great presenter, and works well on live tv turning extra into a unique show as she talks to the crew, fearne, simon and herself have private jokes and random chats about the week, etc. She would be an excellent addition if she wanted to be!

I think they'll go for people that have worked together before. So it could be Sophie. (worked with michael on the make shift)
It might not be a CBBC link presenter. It could be someone like Konnie Huq after the UK Top 40 work or someone from Xchange like Ana or Holly or Sarah Cahwood (after L&K).
Anyway in Liquid News it said favourites to present so nothings actually confirmed. Will Michael want to work near London because it may mean leaving CiTV in B'ham.

Sophie would be good, if that's the girl who used to be in Precious, I really do like her. She certainly has Cat Deeley-style potential for bigger things.

Thats what I keep thinking. What they should do is keep the SM:tv name so that they can carry on with certain features like doing sketches and showing sabrina, doing the postbag dance, etc. But make changes.
What they should do is show SM:tv Gold, by using old clips with new stuff, and a special gold set of graphics. During this period the three concerned blaze, carlton and foundation tv should all work together on sm:tv live. With blaze sort of showing them the ropes and working with their producers so that when january comes its just a case of relaunching the show with stephen becoming main presenter and joined by a female co host whilst blaze take a back seat and let carlton and foundation take control; id like to see Des get something though, even if its just an OB reporter or just in sketches.

CiTV for alien week are using special alien week related animations. Using a CiTV space ship, the bouncing letters and planets. Michael & Leah have done one link so far after the double tiny planets, CSO on tiny planets sofa.
The safe door thing is being revealed carefully with programmes being shown through a small hole. And the voices of the nagry beavers slamming into the door with michael shouting 'you two, pack it in!'

We'll just have to wait and see; but it is a promotion for CiTV not one of its programmes, and its about to explode! Starfinder, its actually reminding me of the futuristic zone on the crystal maze by the games that they are
playing.
What I dont get is that its running for a week and the winner at the end of the week is going to Russia. But somewhere on this forum (could be this post!) they shownt the schedule from monday, and it included starfinder on thursday at 4. So Im not sure if its going to be more of a series, or whether next thursday's announces the results!
Also Anna was back today. How come Kate only got to stay for a couple of weeks of her show, yet Anna has been here the whole series. Not that Im complaining, its nice to have two presenters than one (when michael or leah arent there, though its usually michael away due to his many CiTV shows!).
