No he didn't, see the official release as part of the BBC One Spring/Summer highlights press release here
Either I am thinking of the wrong thing so forgive me if I am wrong.
But for The Mysti Show why do the words 8.15 From Manchester come to mind?
Though you have to give it to the BBC for refreshing the Saturday Show, I know axing presenters after a couple of years is odd, but you can't have too much of a good thing. Plus they've learnt their lessons from L&K fot not too have the same thing running for a long time.
OT: I was watching Smile on sunday (I had to be in work at 8.30am so I watched it for a minute or two) but what was up with Fearne Cotton's hair?!?!

I didn't see smile, but on CBBC on Thursday or some day last week she had her usually blonde hair just on top, and had the majority beneath died dark brown.

Fearne Cotton changed her hair three weeks ago. As described above its now coloured brown around the back and blonde at the front. On a front shot she still looks blonde and when she turns her head you only see brown!
The Saturday Show adding Angellica and Jake must be strange for all these hosts seeing as M.O.Ms Michael presented with Angellica on CBBC ONE in the afternoons a couple of years ago and Holly and Jake presented three series of CBBC at the Fame Academy together between 2002/2003. All old friends in direct competition and a ratings battle from April 17th, I love it!

Wow, that guy wasn't making it up. Amazing.
Fearne Cottons hair looking horrible. Will she just keep it normal, please?

I can't see why they can't do like last year and have Simon & Fearne doing the saturday show till 11:15, changing the set over and do TOTP Saturday live until 12.
The only problem is most probably that they now want to keep TOTP Saturday consistent and from the TOTP set, the only way they could really do this is if The Saturday Show was broadcast from London in one studio, and transfer the audience and crew to the TOTP set whilst a cartoon/programme is playing out.
Anyway, back onto a CiTV note, My Parents Are Aliens is back tomorrow in place of Sabrina. They are repeats, and it's the episode where Sophie becomes Mel. Just thought I'd let you know!

I personally think TOTP Saturday needs to be a proper show again rather than the (IMO) rubbish it is now. CD:UK is way better in the respect of being a proper live show with an audience (though IMO it was better when it was more chart orientated- when it had those B&W titles, and the song titles had the chart postions on them- would quite like to see those early editions again- some of my fave music was out in 1998-99, as was Billie as I fancied her at one point (until Chris Evans
)) as opposed to the clearly pre-recorded, souless & audienceless TOTP saturday, strung together with links in the Star Bar and features (and the fact they make ever performance filmic does it no good visually at all).

There appears to be an odd Saturday schedule next week on ITV1. On the Ball takes the 11.25am slot whilst CD:UK gets moved to 3.40pm in a shorter slot to accommodate the Grand Prix and the Corrie Omnibus.

That was series 3 episode 1.
This seemed worth sharing (text, not just the picture :p) from citv.co.uk:

As the senior presenter, how happy are you with the new recruits?
They do their very best but need to watch Mr Swag Bag - and learn. They
can't help being the way they are!? We can't all be ace.
We don't know much about your history, Swag? Care to enlighten us?
Born in Middlesacks, Mother was a Postbag - Father a small holdall in
Northampton. Swag Bag loves Sandy Bags.
How do you manage with no hands and feet?
It can get itchy but I try to just put my best bag forward!
What Swag do you like best?
I fink all Swag Bags when I dress up are bestest.

I noticed this week CD:UK have a load of new wipes, which is a good thing seeing as all the old ones were the 4:3 ones streched out to 16:9 (if you looked closely you could see this). BTW, does anyone know why CD:UK remained 4:3 for so long? It seems odd, but I guess the producers had a reason for it, though it meant that CDLUK was the last place on analogue to see proper aspect ratio music videos- now CD:UK's 16:9, there is nowhere seeing as most music videos are still made in 4:3, even if they're letterboxed.
One thing I also noticed about the 4:3 CD:UK when watching through one last night is that the end credits were in a bigger font size than they are now, which is odd seeing as their DOG & song titles were smaller in 4:3 than they are in 16:9.

Andy Jaye annouced today that 'My Parents are Aliens' will be on every day from next week, starting again, just like last year, at Series 1 Episode 1.
It seems MPAA is the CITV equivilent of A Touch of Frost season, and is brought out whenever ratings are needed!.
I presume this means The Sleepover Club and Teen Angel will be being abandoned mid-run and will join Pirate Islands and Starfinder as shows that never aired to the end.
According to TV Tome, The Sleepover Club, which doesn't seem to be popular on here but anyway, still has 10 episodes left and Teen Angel 4 more, which of course will be shown on MoM but they are about 6 weeks behind
The other 4.30pm show, Big Meg Little Meg was just repeats anyway, and Tuesdays was going to be a repeat run of Sir Gadabout replacing Angry Beavers which themselves replaced Spongebob.
Also, As Told by Ginger seems to have been replaced by Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids from this Friday
