Fearne is still working at CBBC with Smile & TOTP Saturday.

not for much longer if she continues dating her drug using boyfriend (that idiot from fame accademy) they're begging her to dump him

If she doesn't dump him you can see sorm form of Richard Bacon MK II happening. To be honest that would be very funny.

For some reason I always thought Fearne was better when she was on ITV.

Peter Brame is wild but he doesn't seem to be affecting Fearnes ability to present her shows and The Saturday Show return is a couple months away so by April Pete & Fearne could have broken up, also didn't Cat Deeley go out with Fun Lovin' Criminals bad boy Huey Morgan while presenting Sm:tv Live & CD:UK when the shows where at their most popular? Huey was known for being a wild party guy and ladies man but that didn't tarnish Cat Deeleys reputation in anyway, did it?
Fearne Cotton got out of CiTV just in time if she presented another series of Fingertips she would not be as well know as she is now and thats all down to the BBC with Eureka TV, The Saturday Show, Call The Shots, Top Of The Pops Saturday, Comic Relief does Fame Academy, Top Of The Pops main show & Smile. She would be a virtual unknown had she stayed at ITV.

No she wouldn't have. She was very well known to kids. I doubt Eureka TV and Call the Shots are brining in hundreds of thousands of viewers. Not until she went to The Saturday Show. But who's to say that couldn't of happened at CiTV?

boringusername, you're right, with a show like Dick & Dom they could easily pre-record of even show "The Best of Dick & Dom".

I didn't know that, did Huey ever openly admit taking drugs though?

No, Peter dosn't seem to be affecting Fearn's ability to present her shows, yet . that's why they're trying to split them, before his drug taking, binge drinking ways do rub off onto her. it's Inevitable

I've just been watching Sabrina on CITV just now, and it's been cropped to 14:9, as opposed to being shown in 4:3? I've not seen Sabrina for a while, but have CITV been doing this long?

Since october CiTV started to Broadcast in widescreen, and also cropped all 4:3 material to 14:9. All CiTV's own commissioned new programmes are made in 16:9.

To join with this comment, for the first time in weeks I've watched CITV on our widescreen TV (I've been using the 4:3 before) and watching sabrina today it looks like CITV have increased thier cropping ratio, the black bars down the sides are definatly thinner than they were before. It looked awful, I saw no less than 6 incidents of heads cut off. Hopefully someone somehwere will see sense and put a stop to it. As someone on the MHP said- it has to come from inside the industry, TV companies clearly don't care what viewers think.

Just to bring some news to everyone - I was looking at STUDIO Disneys site and came across a presenter profile for "Leah". Haven't seen her present on it yet, but cool to see she's got a job.

I didn't expect her to turn up on the Disney Channel! I've noticed that Amy and Jean's profiles have gone - when did they leave?

Oh right. She hasn't been on yet, though I also haven't seen Jean for ages. It's been mainly Mark, Emma and Nigel, with Ollie joing on Mondays and Fridays. Amy disapeared before christmas too, shame, she was a great presenter on Studio Disney too. I wonder why Amy went, or was she pushed?

They never say goodbye to their presenters and they'll never give you a reply to critism.

The only person that's had a proper send off that I can remember was James McCourt, brother of Richard (dick of dick & dom). The afternoon was centred around him and featured a montage of his best bits, though I suppose this was because he'd been there for years. Just like if Nigel was to leave, they'd have a big send off for him.

I've never got a reply back from studio disney or disney. I've had emails read out, mainly towards the end of the vault (as itv nicked the name). They were good days of Studio Disney, in the old square studio with balconey, the old news desk, the structure to the programme, the order things ran, the little features placed here and there, the mad screaming crew, and the music used (especially on the end credits of programmes with the 'NEXT' and 'NOW' booming voice).

CiTV should take a look at that presentation. I used to like it in Steve Ryde's days when the crew used to cheer at the top of the afternoon. Though I think it worked better with the old set. There's just something about the current set that I don't like. Swag is great, the little sketches are good, but the set and graphics are rubbish in comparison to old.

I like this new series of eliminator. It's like Who Wants to Be a Millionnaire for kids. And the new eliminator is quite scary looking. I doubt people on Millionnaire would do that well with that thing ready to pounch behind them.
