This week's show was defiantly better than last week's show. More enjoyable atmosphere than last week and more of a live, unscripted feeling. More changes like this hopefully the show will improve. However, I do feel that the pigeon, agents & twins are defiantly starting to get boring.

One thign I want to know is who directed CD:UK today? Watching the Hotshots Review was awful. Camera angles changing every few seconds, dodgy camera angles, split screen etc... it looked awful!

This week's show did flow better. The atmosphere was better as they had an older age group, last weeks were fresh from a primary school, this week most of the girls had breasts! They had more audience, as they had some on the balconey, they could do with just a few more to fill up the whole thing.

The only thing I didn't like this week was the fact that they had 2 episodes of spongebob, and so had less studio time. This was most probably why they dropped 'watt hurts'.

If they are not playing 'dat door dare' anymore, they need to think of a use for the doors.

There was a great live feeling this morning, especially as you could hear the crew joining in too. The chemistry was there last week, it was just too scripted.

They could do with adding a sketch, something like a panto or play or something before the end of the show. Perhaps doing what Brucie did on the generation game and getting the kids or guests to play along with no rehersal!
If they put spongebob back to one episode they could move things back and have room for something like this, then they play in the cd:uk coming up V.T. whilst they all get ready for the dance and stuff.

The title music. They made a tweak to it, they decreased the sound effects and increased the volume, so now you can tell that it's sung with an american accent (unless this bit is totally new) There's just one bit of the song that I don't know (the ? bit)...

#Woke up. Same clothes. From Last Night or The Night Before.
Smashed Up, my Alarm Clock. But it's still ringing on my bedroom floor.
My Brain, tells me; "Go Back, to sleep".
Something is happening ( ? sounds like 'The Planet' though! ? ) Ministry is coming.
(Get Up) Get Up, (Join in) Join in. It's time to pump up the volume.
Wake Up it's the Ministry of Mayhem.
Non Stop, Punk Rock, Hurricane AM.
Dogs are Barking, Neighbours Howling,
We can't hear a thing! So, wake up it's the ministry of mayham (a heya, heya, here we go now) na, na, na. na, na, na, ooh, na, na, na. na, na, na, ooh, etc.#

I not sure if I agree the people should be gotten rid of. Tina & Gina need something else to do. The Pigeon, again, they could keep it, but they need something else other than beating it up.

The agents fill the space, and add background character. And as seen today they keep things mayhem - y, or trying to keep them under control.
The example I'm using was at the end of Cakey Sk8. One of D-Side caked Stephen, and then he became outnumbered, so the men of mayhem came down and attacked d-side with their guns.

They could do with at least one typical big breakfast/SM:tv style game that can run & run, something that's fun and simple like splatoon, wonkey donkey, etc.

All in all, not much difference in actual items and features, but little changes to the audience, the crew involvement, and atmosphere in the studio have made it a better show.

It was nice to have them linked up, mayhem & cd:uk, with mayhem previewing cd:uk and cd:uk thanking mayhem.

As we were on about the cd:uk set earlier in the post. The stage pink performed on was fantastic (I feel that it was from a special or one of those headliner shows for channel 4). I quite liked the cd:uk hotshots review. It was different to what they usually do, and I feel like they were just trying new things out. I quite liked seeing Cat and the guest as one was listening and the other talking. It was interesting.

I'm sure the stage Pink was performing on looked the same as the one we saw her perfomances on during the CD:UK special.

Speaking of breasts- did anyone notice Holly commenting about the Cherry Bakewells during the Cake Skater game?

Ministry of Mayhem was so much better today. It was funnier, fealt more live then scripted and was extremely enjoyable.

I preffered this week's show very much more to last weeks show.

Although, I think Michael is extremely unused compared to Holly and Stephen.

I agree, it was considerably better than last weeks show!

I was really surprised how it had improved in only the first week. Great use of Ray (the dwarf) throughout, especially when he wouldn't let go of Amy Stuts leg!!

I was flicking over to Dick and Dom during the ad breaks and it was really bad. I even found it embarrassing at times, luckily I only had to watch a couple of minutes until the Ministry came back on!!

I just put TMF on during the ad breaks, I did the same during TutenStein & Spongebob as well- can't stand either show (I tired to give TutenStein a second chance, but after a few minutes I gave up)

I did notice it. it looked quite random, but I expect it was planned, thus why there were two of them. This is the sort of risky stuff saturday mornings needs. Hopefully it'll have got a better viewership this week, that may return after seeing it today.

I actually watched the episode of Tutenstein today aswell! I'd seen the spongebob's on CiTV already so wasn't wanting to see them again!

Another thing that i don't understand is why it doesn't have credits at the end. I would like to see who's involved in making the show, but they don;t have them! I hought it was a technical fault last week, but this week too!

yeah, she seems to be the one who's adlibbing the most, and brining the risqy humour in, there were 2 memorbale moments from holly last week, the first one was when the sofa started shaking and she quipped "Someone get me a seatbelt, a sickbag, and a clean pair of knickers"
and the second, which iv already mentioned earlier in the thread, was when she was advising Tina O'Brian which cake to choose "Now, Tina your character sarah in corrie has 2 kids by 2 different fathers...i suggest a Bakewell Tart"

I can't remember who was directing, but Tammy Hoyle is currently producing,so that might have something to with the new angles of cduk....

Ministry of Mayhem has some actually really funny bits. After last week's MoM, I didn't care much for it, but now - I can't wait till next weeks. I absolutely love the show now.

They should keep Spongebob, but put only one 10-minute episode in. And should replace Tutenstein with All That / Amanda Show or My Parents Are Aliens?

Does anyone know who is involved in MoM as they never put any credits on at the end of the show.

Ged Allen (found) and David Mercer (carlt) are Exec Prods.
Vanessa Hill(found) is producer.

That's all I know. They were press-released.

It was great this week. They needed more. Last week felt the right amount of content but too rehersed, but this week was great. I liked how Michael was the only one who actually did the dance at the end (after the menu), Holly boogied away, whilst Stephen just kept spinning and then kicking with high legs. It was a great opener.

I really hope that the ratings, if not this week will be big for this show, as long as they keep it at this, maybe tweak things slightly, but don't go all big and mighty and forget everything. And as long as they keep it fresh, i.e. changing games and things they do with characters and stuff so that things don't get boring and tideous. I think this was a big problem for SM:tv in it's later life. It was relying on the same ideas, and most of the time the same games.

One of the only things I didn't like about this week was that now they have the proper CiTV dog, it's in the right frame, CiTV sized, but they chose to use it in bright white, rather than 75% opaque.
