Maybe it will be Des ? He'll be without job, and should be a familiar face to CITV viewers ?

I believe his day job is as a stand-up comic and radio presenter in scotland so I doubt he'd want to do CITV as it isn't very demanding. (See http://www.chortle.co.uk/comics/dclarke.html)

Maybe it'll be Shivaughan now she's back from whereever she went or even Tess Daly. Is there anyone on the CBBC Channel or maybe on Milkshake who looks like they could be leaving.

Having said all this it'll probably two unknowns

But then again, perhaps Des doesn't want to do it.

If it was to be 5 days a week, then it would mean moving up to birmingham, or down depening on where he lives at the moment.

Des is horrible anyway, why could CITV want to keep him on, i've seen better talent in roland rat than him

Now there's someone they should bring back to CiTV, his guest presenting with Leah (along with all of his mates!) earlier this year was great!

Approximately how many episodes of SM:TV has there been anyone like to estimate? Has SM:TV been on every single Saturday since it started or was there an odd occasion where it missed?

And bearing in mind stuff like Live and Kicking didn't run all year round, is SM:TV the longest running saturday morning kids show based on number of episodes

The new pair of CiTV presenters are due to appear at the beginning of Jan...and there will be a familiar face among them.

Leah looks set to go on to other things, and channels.

Since leaving, Tom Darville has gone to RADA to train as an actor.

I can't help but think that Nickelodeon's Rani is going to be presenting CiTV. It really does add up!

Rumour is that she's moved to CBBC for the new year, so it can't be her!

I've found some evidence..

"Best Of Friends is presented by Michael Absolom – aka Abs to regular CBBC viewers – and CBBC new-comer, Rani Khanijau."

And possibly XChange as they mention a new presenter?

Thing that surprises me.. isn't CBBC for presenters with no personality? She's very in you're face and very Nickelodeon.

SM:tv Live began on Saturday August 29th 1998. It has aired every week, though during this year's rugby world cup it didn't air on many Saturday Mornings, and at one point last year during the football world cup, SM:tv Live aired on a Bank Holiday Monday morning.

But for every other occasion I can think, it has aired, including Christmas Day 1999 (recorded) and New Year's Day 2000 (actually done live, but with no audience, just a big bed!).

So each year it appeared...
(1998)18
(1999)52
(2000)52
(2001)52
(2002)52
(2003)52
And by my rough mathematics, I get 278 shows.
