Stephen was looking at the glass fish tank someonewith big blond hair and wearing large pink glasses poked his head round the round behind the wall in the kitchen and the hair was dressed up like how the doctor would normally have it.
This is quite interesting - I watched this back - No sign of the Doc, but a pink coloured fish in the fishtank looking like the Doc, with a round blond wig and specs - It was a fish in the fish tank !!!
HOW UNCANNY !!!

Also look at the person's facial expressions during small bit, they look like expressions the doc would pull when he could be seen in the background on MOM.

I've also just watched that back and have to say I'd like to have the drugs you were on this morning!!
There was nothing that looked like the Doc. A pink fish combined with the shape of something on the far wall next to Rosie and Sophie looked at first glance like the shape of a person, but wasn't.
Around the same time as that clip, I liked the impression of 'Richard and Judy' from the hyenas, including 'Judy' exposing herself and Holly commenting that it happens to the best of us!

Well being the first show of a new format it was never going to be brilliant. I think it really suffers from not having an audience throughout and if they have any sense this is one of the things they'll change quickly.
It's also a shame they have ditched two of the more popular characters (The Doc/Mr. Lee) but in my opinion there were always too many actors on the show. Scratch and Sniff play a bigger part in the show now which is good.
They've created a format now where it doesn't look so odd only having one or two guests and I think the new format will work alot better once they've settled into things a bit more and give up the pretence that it's Holly and Stephen's basement flat!

Well just watched it back as I went out this morning, and am clad to say I did. It was not as funny as MOM the good thing about MOM was the crew you could hear laughing all the time.
The games were not very good and that news game the people calling up did not have a clue how to play it. Wallace should go in a few weeks as he was not funny at all even if he is a kid, bring back Mr Lee or the Doc telling us whats on the show.
Moving on, the set looks good and I think it could work if they make a few big changes, but if you look back we all said MOM was cack at first with that bird bringing in the post. The Kitchen skylight windows look like the old background lights where they had bands etc on MOM, not sure if they or them or it's just me.
Anyway I will give it a while to get better and if not switch to T4 or something else.

Yes get rid of Wallace. I think he was to H&S's SS what the 'twins' were to MOM.
The lack of audience or crew laughter did make the show quiet. I bet we'll have the laughs back next week.
The Doc could easilly be brought back. One of the 'bedrooms' in the 'flat' could be the Doc's lab. Mr Lee, well he wasn't that big a character really anyway but Name That Tone could easilly be used in the Girls V Boys format.
Not sure where you would put a studio audience though. I suppose some could stand on the entrance steps, the smallest studio audience ever!

Just getting a small group of kids in that can move around the set would if the crew were allowed to laugh. There were a few funny lines on today's show but it was just too quiet and lacked that live feeling.
