I was really shocked when I saw him back but it was one of those moments on a show when you're thinking this could be the start of things coming together again - brilliant news for Showdown I think.

I'll post the caps later on tonight as my PC DVD drive is up the creek at the moment. I missed the end of the itv 1 version of showdown but the moment Holly said "we'll be doing an science experiment with someone you might remember" and when the doc made his enterance on showdown extra i applauded! Embarassed

Would love to see any video clips of the Doc in action if anyone did record Showdown today and would be willing to upload it.

I haven't seen Showdown much since the first show since it was completely stripped of everything from Mom.

I recorded it on to DVD. I'll be happy to make video clips if someone would tell me the easiest way to rip audio and video from a DVD.

I noticed that too, it was a boy that won and they never corrected this error, which makes it look like part of the show is recorded.

Did anyone have crackly sound on the show today it was on the CITV channel like this for most of the show, and also on the ITV1 version was like this as well

Really great to have the Doctor back, this will make a great improvement to the show, today was almost like an MOM with Ram Ray, the Doctor and live music, will Sniff ever be back for all of the show?

hammer the foundation with e-mails, i think thats why they brought the doc back.

I can't see Mr Lee coming back, his main role seemed to be for 'Name that tone'.
