Speaking of CiTV; looks like their timings were all wrong; well in carlton central they were; my parents are aliens had finished; leah was talking to abbie & liam from diggin'it; she was about to hand over to SM:tv for news of tomorrows show when it went to the itv1 breakbumper and on came the ads followed by a derek fowlds ident into boot sale challenge. She didnt even announce the competition winner's if there were competitions?!

So what? No need to get worked up about it now - what do you propose?
Going back in time and stopping them from making the decision in the first place?
I've never understood the point of making comments like this, it's in the past and there's nothing you can do to change things now!

Permanent or not, WHY has it taken them six years to remove it?

Do you think that in general, television production people might be waking up to their viewers that dislike DOGS on the screen? Start of a trend, perhaps?
Or maybe the marketing and merchandise people will start a new craze - DOG tags, your favourite DOG tagged!! Collect the set..........

Wouldn't be suprised actually. Five were the trend setters, BBC Three have as well (Though sadly not permananent) and now CITV- it does look like the beginning of the end for DOGs. Might take another few years before we really see anything, but it looks like the beginnign of the end is upon us.

Might bring about a new flood-tide of tribute/nostalgia websites devoted to DOGS along with feverish DOG-exchanging on the Internet....
