CITV Channel & Saturday Showdown Thread

Just seen it myself. Reminds me a bit of a Superman logo with an upside down triangle on which is a large letter 'C'. The 'itv' letters are contained within the C at the bottom. You can see a bit of it on the CITV website.

it looks stupid

this is the first time CiTV has had a full logo update in 8 years

can someone please cap it, i'm sure the ad will re-air before CiTV is over today.

just seen the ad, yuck is all i can say. If it was put on the mock designs foum then it would be slated!!

Looks like something from Superman.

Does anybody know if they will be having a studio or presenters for the channel ? If they do I really hope the studio is big - like the one used a couple of years ago with the big screen and yellow desk.

I think it looks pretty good actually. CITV is well overdue a revamp of its presentation - let's hope they do have presenters and a studio as is mentioned above.

If you ask me - there trying to do a CBBC:
Big C
Station name underneath (itv)
and Triangle is a sort of bug shape ?

Just theyve changed the colours.

Anyone have any ideas of the schedule for the channel yet? or at least any idea of the progrmmes- what clips were shown in the trailer?

I would rather have the current logo with the 'itv' replaced with the itv logo

the new Bratz series CiTV picked up was one of the clips, maybe it will be exclusive. Also The Giblet Boys was a clip.

Hmmm, I don't think it looks anything like the CBBC logo. Looks quite good. Nice & simple.
