On the old website - that's still there (origianally citv.co.uk) it says that the new website will launch this coming monday the 6th january, but doesn't say when, will it launch in the morning or will it laucnh when citv is on air. And how come since the current logo has been used citv or CITV is now written CiTV with lower case i?
I don't know why andrea, tom and dannielle left. Andrea left early on in 2001, leaving the 3. Dannielle & Tom didn't even have a send off, not even a this is tom and dannielle's last day, I just read it on the website, I have a feeling it was to do with the new three coming in on their turf, and Stephen left cause he's been doing the quick trick show, finger tips, brilliant creatures and this year he's doing a new game show for citv, he just wouldn't have the time for links.
That yellow part of the set was for the tots part from jan 2000 when they moved to that studio. Perviously in studio B one end was blue, the other yellow that didn't look as stupid. In sept 2000 or was it 2001, anyway telly tots started, so invision for the tots part didn't take place, and this was painted the same blue with lines on as the rest of the set. I wonder who or how they added the white lines.

There Is a font like CiTVs called orange LET but It got deleted...can anyone help??
As I mentioned earlier that was the later animation, when they stopped using the 'Children's ITV' brand, before that animation was basic and of course it had Children's up the side.
I never understood these titles and never really knew what those symbols represented. Anyway... was this used from when in-vision returned under control of central with tommy boyd up until the beginning of may 1998? Didn't they have a later version where they had loads of citv cartoon characters going into the logo?
Those computer one's from april were rubbish. The logo was the same, except they had the letters wobbling into different directions, looking like they were having a fit and looked as though it was made in flash. I had always thought that they were fill in titles as the previous had been going since sept 1999 and the graphics team wanted to create something great, as they have now. The current graphics with the dancing letters were bought in in october the monday before the itv relaunch, mainly as they had special graphics for a halloween special, and it wouldn't have looked good if they had great raphics like that at halloween, then back to the others.
Set wise, I like what they've done on gmtv's diggn'it, it's mainly studio disney's set, but they've put their own bit which has fake walls around it (most probably from the old studio disney) with junk and bits and bobs, like the first couple of series of channel 4's the priory, and I've always thpught that they could incorporate this into citv. I liked how they had an audience and had the crew cheering through the birthday bash, it changed it, the only way citv can get more viewers is by being different.
