CITV at 20

Editor of said site here... the Flash video that you're neither keen on is soon to be changed so that the sequence doesn't loop. It annoys me too!

Nice tool for promoting TV based content to our audience, which the old site didn't really have.

Talking of the website, do they still say "go to itv.com/citv and click on postbag" on SMTV Live? It seems strange because I don't remember ever seeing a "POSTBAG" link on the homepage.

Also, why do the CiTV presenters say "E-mail us at itv.com/citv"?

Some questions I too intended to ask. They do it all over, even on factual programme like watchdog they say "you can get on the old email at www.bbc.co.uk"

Oh, and if you are in charge of the site, please get a different sponsor, that Pontins ad covers the whole page! Also, CiTV always annoyed me in that you could only go on the Fingertips section on a Wednesday and so on, has this been changed?

Hmm, I agree, that video at the top is quite annoying after about seven times, but the site is much better now. I've noticed though, the apostrophe appears as a box...

And is Tellytots called Little CiTV now?

Why have Granada Media taken over the site?
...and also there Is a general error saying Copyright 2002 at the bottom of the site which needs to be changed to Copyright 2003.

In the commercial marketplace ads like the one you mention are part of life, alas. They can, however, be closed.

Telly Tots as a brand has been discontinued, LiTTLE CiTV is the name for the pre-school section of the website.

What they should actually say Is email the studio at studio@CiTV.co.uk!

I think that CiTV wants to be part of the ITV.com network. By saying email us at ITV.com/CiTV It gets viewers to visit the website.

They have do use the itv.com format for the website as its the rules set down by ITV towers!

But using the website for e-mail is a seperate issue, they should use citv@itv.com?

Scally, Jeanne Downs, Roland Rat, Leah Charles?, Matthew Kelly, Elizabeth thingy (a.k.a. T Bag), Michael Underwood and Grotbags and the only one out of that who I don't remember from Chilsren's TV itself is Matthew Kelly but I remember him from You Bet, Stars in their Eyes and the TVS Telethons he was involved with.
