Did anyone who was watching the Citv saturday matinee see what opening/end titles they used? Cos if they used the ones i think they did, it proves a point to me Smile Thanks

They used the weekend opening titles. The same one that they use before SM:tv and on a Sunday morning. I think they were also used at the end. But why don't they have in-vision contiuity on Saturday afternoons. I hope they don't go back to the old CITV Town where there was one sad guy doing voice overs.

oh god I remember that. I consisted of a single picture of a griffitied wall and a single voice over. Then there were those awful WHAT DOES CITV STAND FOR trails where they came up with ridiculous ideas.

(Shudders visibly, and cowers in a corner.)

Whats worse is, the annoying guy who used to do the V/O(Trying desperately to sound different, but never succeeding) still works for CITV, doing the voices of characters on Tellytots.... Noooo, they're too young for that kind of torture!!!

does anyone have any idea why its out of vision?
if its due to staff - couldnt they use the virtual studio for a broom cupboard type setup for a saturday?

Yeah, but isn't the virtual studio used for Central News West? Only Central News at 6 uses the big studio, AFAIK - why?

They could, of course, put CN in the sofa studio and run CITV from the virtual one.
