What are the chances they might repeat this entire weekend in full anytime soon? Easter maybe? Although I guess
it's unlikely due to all the red tape and legal stuff involved ... rights issues, repeat fees, and other official excuses.

Fun house, Knightmare and Finder keepers could all pop up on Challenge, With the cartoon, dangermouse was just seen on the BBC,
I wonder if Woof, Count duckula and the worst witch could get a proper repeat?

I didn't realise it was an HTV co-production.
Neither did I. There was a "YTV" logo shown at the end as well and I remember seeing that on a number of kids shows in the late 90s/early 2000s. It was a Y within a television with the TV part along the side. I always assumed it was a logo for kids shows made by Yorkshire but actually judging by those credits maybe it was a Canadian company.
EDIT: Oh I'm right, it's a Canadian kids channel.

The Worst Witch has aged quite well, even the blue screen stuff doesn't look that terrible. Does it get repeated at all normally? I can imagine it would do quite well and it's in widescreen.

Ah, good old TV Forum spending more time talking about the five seconds before each show than the show itself! We might just see the next generation of ident geeks created this weekend
Always dangerous watching shows you loved as a kid when you're an adult and both Mike and Angelo and Puddle Lane have dated terribly. Raggy Dolls not so much, but the difference in style to how it would be made today is very noticeable. Sooty and Sweep though are absolutely timeless, but Finders Keepers and Fun House undoubtedly the highlight of the day so far - both simple but fantastic formats and just simply fun and it's these sort of shows which are missing from kids TV today.
I never really cared much for Knightmare. Will catch up on the rest of the day later, but just to note Woof! is back in the schedules tomorrow instead of Planets Funniest Animals, with an episode from 1993 - the first to feature Rex turning into a dog. Today's is from 1989 featuring Eric.

A brilliant weekend so far, and judging by the twitter trending there's definitely a demand, but the factor will be how many of the regular viewers are watching this compared to adults? Could their regular viewers have switched to a rival network?
I think I've paid more attention to the programmes than I did when I was a kid, but T-Bag still confuses me.

I've not seen the majority of these programmes before - T-Bag was really strange; Knightmare was cack; Woof! - up to now - is quite good.

I don't think there is a real demand. Yes it's a nice bit of nostalgia this weekend, but past that I doubt many would watch. These programmes I don't think would find new audiences either. They are of their time.

There needs to be a CITV classics channel to keep the kids of yesteryear happy I think it's a real shame these programmes are confined to the archives.
