The Circle USA - Neflix

So far I like what I'm seeing. They did not give too many hints its filmed in GMCR. Unless you notice Tesco branded stuff in the kitchen, or you've seen the UK version. They did change up the tone slightly. There is no title sequence except of the first episode, so there is no Circle theme music. It has a slightly punchier edit than the UK version. Interesting since its made by the same producers of the UK Circle. The apartments have barely been redecorated. Some more than others. But over all they look the same.
In place of the copious Manchester skyline shots. They mixed in shots of Chicago and Milwaukee together to confuse those that are not aware. Over all i like the cast and the instant strategy right off the bat. Hopefully it doenst go downhill. Netflix dropped the first 4 episodes to get viewers hooked and then they will drop a new episode every Wednesday until the end of the month.

Nice to hear that it is quite similar to the UK version, without too much change. Has it been released worldwide or just in the US? It's just a shame we aren't getting it here, some people were saying we would, but the official help account keeps saying there isn't a release date yet. So we'll just have to wait.

It's just on Netflix US right now. I've got a feeling that it'll be released worldwide at a later point in the year.

Im sure part of the agreement with Channel4/Netflix/StudioLambert is that is wont run too soon behind The CircleUK finale. I cant imagine them (Ch4) being overjoyed that another version will be available in their territory so soon after the UK version aired. It has the potential to water down the appetite in a particular territory. So it kinda makes sense to hold it for while.

Its currrently airing in other countries not just the US. Well at least here in North America including Canada and Mexico.
