Well it's December tomorrow - and in case anyone hadn't noticed, Digiguide are already publishing Christmas schedules for the majority of channels including the main terrestrial channels.

I'm sticking the highlights in a Spoiler for those who want to keep it a surprise - but at this early stage there might still be some last minute schedule changes and there are still a few TBA's here and there!

The big Christmas film looks like it'll be Puss In Boots on BBC One on Christmas Day at 15:10 - up against documentaries about The Queen's Garden at Buckingham Palace and Paul O'Grady visiting Battersea Dogs Home on ITV - although ITV will have three films back to back from 09:25-15:00.

Toy Story 3 will be BBC One's Christmas Eve teatime/early evening film.

Channel 4's festive favourite The Snoman is scheduled for 21st December at 18:30, repeated Christmas Day at 13:00. The Snowman and The Snowdog are pencilled in for Christmas Eve at 19:25, repeated Christmas Day at 13:35

Well maybe 2013's more appropriate - it's all repeats anyway! lol

Thanks for pointing out the error though!

Nothing too incredible in that spoiler just yet, but interesting all the same.

The main Christmas film should have been obvious really (I thought it would be the Muppets), seeing as BBC One seem to have a penchant for Shrek over the festive period.

Was call the midwife on Christmas Day last year? It seems odd on Christmas Day. Miranda will be good, I'm sure.

BBC1's Christmas day schedule always has gone through cycles where it's pretty much the same for the best part of a decade but It wont stop people remembering and arguing otherwise Rolling Eyes
