Wonder if any of the red top papers will have their usual early TV guides in them tomorrow? Its usually the last Thursday before December isn't it?

I'd put money on BBC1 Christmas Day 10pm being Mrs Brown's Boys (or 20 mins later after news)

I don't understand where GOLD seems to think the appetite for Christmas Specials on December 1st is - they do this every year; Christmas has really stopped being a 'special' time - it's now a twelfth or more of the year!

Probably the same audience who watch Christmas 24 in November.

They've not done the draft TV guides in the Sun or Mirror for a good few years now. I think they've stopped bothering as it's mostly "TBA" at this stage and what few programmes they DID list ended up being re-scheduled or in some cases not shown at all.

What's "This is BBC One HD" doing there? The first one should be part of the surrounding TBAs, and the second is wiped out when you consider the mistakes. Doctor Who is the wrong runtime, it's at least an hour. I think Strictly should also be longer, and EastEnders and Call the Midwife are the wrong way around.

It's to do with how we build the HD channel listings, the regional opt-out slots sort of sit on top of the network schedule and it clearly hasn't been changed from a normal Tuesday yet. It's still very early still for the Week 52 listings so I wouldn't pay too much attention to what it says there until much closer to the publication date. I've spotted a few things on those listings above that have already changed.
