Doesn't seem to be working for me - but have they done what we've suggested and Christmasfied some of the regular idents?

No. It's just the regular Pylons ident. However, this is the script:

"8 o'clock tonight it's Tony Robinson's Gods and Monsters.
First on 4 (SFX click of switch like a tape player)
#(Mixed voices sing) Deck the halls with boughs of holly, fa la la la la, la la la la#
Hmmm, not bad. Better than Justin Bieber."

Barra Fitzgibbon played a recording of the other announcers singing "Deck the Halls" during his link into Kirstie's Homemade Christmas, saying it's better than Bieber (who was on ITV1 at the time).

Thought it was to good to be true.

ITV2 putting ITV1 to shame with their package - it's rather nice. Anything from C5 yet - to think a few years back they were up and running with theirs a week or two before anyone else would bother.

Love the stuff on ITV2. So far I'd only seen break bumpers and promos online, but just seen the lovely new ident on ITV2+1 just now! Can't believe no one on here has posted it!
I missed recording it, but will get it at 11pm.

Can't believe ITV2 has a better christmas package than ITV1! Quite embarrassing for ITV1 really!

So pleased ITV2 did a full package this year, and its done lovely, perfect for the channel.

Has ITV3 or 4 done anything? I know they don't usually, but I was thinking maybe the new ITV digital channel controller decided to change this? Doubt it but would be a nice surprise.

The only fault with the break bumpers is that they're so quick - you don't get to see the great detail.

That's very true.
The ident basically combines all the break bumpers. I will be capturing it at 11.20 Smile
