I was thinking before I read down and got to it about harry potter 2 being the big movie.

But I figure BBC and ITV will be arm wrestling for that

By the looks of things, it looks as though the BBC and ITV are maybe in the early stages of preparing the Christmas schedules, as the terrestrial channels have revealed their schedules on DigiGuide up until the 25th November.

Well the Mirror this morning claims that the BBC are to schedule Doctor Who on Christmas Day against Coronation Street in between two hour long Eastenders. Can this be right, 2 hour long Eastenders? Do they usually show that much on Christmas Day, I know that they usually have two, I just thought that they were half an hour each.

Should be interesting to see what ITV come up with. Though traditionally they don't try due to lack of advertisers. I liked the attempt that they made in 2003 with things such as Creature Comforts.

2003 - 6.00 - 6.40pm & 8.40 - 9.20pm

So more than half an hour, but less than an hour (bar last year), but wasn't there only one due to Harry Potter?
